It’s dangerous to call things Smart... When they behave dumb, the name sound like an insult. Sadly, this is the case.
Please provide more specific cases, with video proofs, ask you colleagues to share and vote, to move this further. This is the way to force changes to things that are broken — be vocal and persistent. Thank you all and let’s hope we get heard.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.2.3 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

objects glitch in and out of visibility when i use zoom feature, sometimes they remain invisible but are still there as an object when highlighted

snap to grid doesn't work for me anywhere on the artboard, objects, lines, etc all bounce each other away i can't get anything to align like in previous versions of illustrator
