   App keeps glitching and it looses all my work. I’ve tried to redo it 5 times now. Is there going to be an update ?

   We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved

   a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
   b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
   c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
   d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.
