    Hi Liza,

    Sorry to hear that. I just want some information before we can help:

    - Have you submitted the crash to Adobe
    - What version Ai app are you using
    - Can you remember the steps you were performing just before crash
    - If you can share the file to us, it'll help

    We're able to use A-OTF Gothic MB101 Pr5 or A-OTF ゴシックMB101 Pr6N L fonts on the text in Ai ver 28, 29 and 30 as well. Could you please try on latest build once and share your response.

    @Studio G - Apologies that you're facing this issue. We tried on our end with the file shared by you on 30.1 and unable to reproduce it. We're not seeing warning message. Can you please try again if you're facing the issue and share small video so that we can try on our end. Also can you please help if this issue also appears with Ai 30.0 ?
