Adobe Illustrator freezes and crashes when using the Dimension Tool
I’m experiencing an issue with the Dimension Tool in Adobe Illustrator. Whenever I activate the tool and try to use it, the entire program freezes and then crashes. This is interrupting my work.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the tool and its options. Could you please help me identify the cause and resolve the issue?

@wasim, it would be helpful if you can share the video when issue appears and also crash log to figure out the actual cause of the issue.

Hi Egor, thank you for your response.
This happens consistently on both my work computer and my home computer, across all files and document sizes.
The tool opens normally without any freezing when nothing is selected. However, whenever I have any object selected and then open the tool, Illustrator freezes. This happens every time, regardless of which object or document I’m working with.

@Wasim, does it happen in any document, or this one only? With these settings only or with default ones too?
