    I Totally agree with Moe, this illustration is annoying. Every day the same "lady" image.

    My suggestion is to create a random selection from Behance when the illustration/art/whatever is elected will popup on the starting screen, every month a new art. The election can be done via the Twitter pool.
    Necessary to offer some kind of "prize" ex. a year of CC for free.

    Sound good?

    after 1 almost one month I had NO ANSWER from Adobe about my problem.

    I have the same issue, File > New = black screen or no option screen.
    This problem is resisting even after few installations.
