Hi All,
We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end. Can you please let us know if you are still facing this issue? Also, is the Creative Cloud running fine on your machine when this issue happens?

AnishAn error occurred while saving the comment Stevan commentedI am having this same issue. Seems to take for ever to load my the fonts now to even tell me which ones i'm missing.
Just spent 33 min just closing opened files in Illustrator. This is no good for a print shop
