font finder/Missing font box keeps loading and unable to activate missing fonts
Find Font box not working. Example i am missing fonts and when i open that menu it shows the fonts used in the document but the missing ones just have a loading circle next to it and it never stops.
Also the Missing font box. When i do have the fonts and want to Activate them they will never activate, It just loads for 10mins and stops with out loading the fonts.

We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end. Can you please let us know if you are still facing this issue? Also, is the Creative Cloud running fine on your machine when this issue happens?

I am having an issue, I made an idea for an ad, used a font already in Illustrator. Attempted to load it up to mess with it some more and it tells me that it doesn't have the font

I'm currently on Illustrator CC 2020 24.2, Windows Pro 10 x64 and when I was opening a file, I was prompted about the missing fonts. Now the fonts in the file I was given were just not named the same as they are in Adobe fonts. I attempted to replace the "missing" fonts, but was unable to do so. When I selected the correct fonts and hit CHANGE, nothing happened except for the scrollbar moving up and down. The fonts were not replaced as I needed them to. Am I doing something wrong or is this really a bug? Thank you.

I am having the same issue. With the new release of Adobe Illustrator/Creative Suite 2020. My fonts are not loading and I am getting the same dialogue box. Please help. I am running Suitcase Fusion 20.0.7.
This used to work over the last 2 years. But now with the Abobe 2020 updates the auto activation of fonts is not working. Adobe can't help and neither can Extensis Suitcase Fusion. How do we get this fixed?

Hi, Anish. This issue is still occurring. Users cannot activate fonts or add Adobe fonts.

Fonts in my document drop out every other day, although Font box says they are still active. I sign in to check, yep they are active. I deactivate and reactivate. Still showing as missing.

Even after having been signed in Adobe CC, the missing fonts not getting resolved each time I open Illustrator CC or InDesign CC. It sucks!

I am having this same issue. Seems to take for ever to load my the fonts now to even tell me which ones i'm missing.
