UI Rendering Bug on M4 iPad Pro: Canvas doesn't match Layers Panel
I am reporting a severe rendering/cache bug. When importing images, the canvas displays incorrect artifacts that DO NOT exist in the original files. Even on the M4 iPad Pro, the app fails to refresh the visual display correctly.
The Evidence (Referencing Attached Screenshots):
Visual Discrepancy: My "Layers Panel" shows Object 3 is on the very top, but on the Canvas, it is incorrectly covered by "ghosting" pixels from Object 1.
Not a File Issue: These artifacts are NOT part of my images. They are UI glitches created by the app's rendering engine.

Keps crashing
My illustrator app (on iPad 12.9 inch, 4th gen) keeps crashing every time I open a specific document which is not overly complicated or even heavy? As soon as I open it Illustrator shuts down.

After update, apple pencil and touch does not work correctly
After update, making shapes with apple pencil does not work. And pan/zoom with pinching via touch does not work. Makes it impossible to use. I have restarted and it works for a second and then happens again.

Latest version has locked all of my functions… can no longer use app
Since the latest update I can open the app and any project but when trying to use any tool they no longer work. This is hindering my work drastically. Please help fix. Thanks

Tablet version on iPad Pro has stopped allowing me to work at all when project is open.
The last two days when trying to work with any project I am not able to do anything in them. I can open them and that is all. I thought it may be an update going through but it is persisting and I cannot use the program on iPad. This is hindering my work. Please fix this bug. Thanks

I just downloaded on the iPad pro, IOS 18.5
I just downloaded on the iPad pro, IOS 18.5. App opens, when click to create a new project, the loading wheel appears, and then after 2 seconds closes, and nothing happens. I’m left on the home screen. I’ve tried uninstalling/redownloading app twice.
Any suggestions? If cannot fix then I will uninstall and cancel my membership.

iPad版Illustratorにおいて、外部キーボード（十字キー/矢印キー）およびトラックパッドでのアートボードのナビゲーションが機能しない問題が発生しており、作業に支障をきたしております。
問題の概要：
* 外部キーボードの十字キー： 上下左右の矢印キーを押しても、選択中のオブジェクトが移動しません。
* トラックパッドでのアートボード移動： トラックパッド（二本指でのスクロールなど）でアートボードを上下左右に移動させることができません。
確認済みの情報：
* 使用キーボード： Keychron K2 および Apple Magic Keyboard の両方で試しましたが、同様に機能しませんでした。
* 他アプリでの動作： 同一のiPad上でAffinity Designerなどの他のグラフィックアプリでは、上記の外部キーボードの十字キーおよびトラックパッドでのナビゲーションが問題なく機能することを確認済みです。このことから、iPadOSや外部入力デバイス自体の問題ではなく、Illustrator iPad版アプリに起因する問題であると推測されます。
* アプリ内設定： アプリケーション設定内を確認しましたが、キーボードやトラックパッドの挙動に関する設定や「キーボード増分」のような項目は見当たりませんでした。（以前添付した画像参照）
* トラブルシューティング： Illustratorアプリの再起動、iPadの再起動、キーボードおよびトラックパッドの再接続（ペアリング解除・再接続）も試しましたが、改善されませんでした。
要望：
この問題は、オブジェクトの正確な微調整や、アートボード全体の効率的な操作を行う際に非常に不便であり、ワークフローに大きな影響を与えています。特に外部入力デバイスを併用するユーザーにとっては、基本的な操作が制限されるため、作業効率が著しく低下します。お手数をおかけしますが、この問題の原因調査と、早期の修正をご検討いただけますようお願い申し上げます。1 vote -
App freezes and crashes, data lost
The app will freeze up and then crash on me and doesn’t save and my work is lost. Not only is this a huge inconvenience but it makes it extremely frustrating especially when hours of work are lost.

Bug: Crashing while organizing files
Under “Your files” on the app landing page, when attempting to move files to folders, the app often crashes. It seems to happen most often after files have been moved into a new folder when you attempt to navigate back up into the previous folder.

Freezing & Paste Request
I’m experiencing several issues with Illustrator on my iPad:
The app freezes constantly, no matter what I’m doing or which file I’m working on.
It also freezes every time I try to use split view or switch between apps.
Every time I return to Illustrator, I get a paste request from the last app I used (Chrome, Safari, Pages) and have to deny it.1 vote -
App crashes when using Magic Keyboard. Unable to type.
When using my Magic Keyboard the app crashes instantly, It then also sometimes doesn’t bring up the keyboard on the screen so im unable to type at all.

App Crashed when opening a file
App used to work fine. Now when I try to open a file it takes forever to open, when finally open it shows a black window and the app crashes.

App keeps crashing
I’ve been using the App for less than 24 hours and it keeps crashing and losing at least an hours worth of work each time. I’m usually just tweaking shapes or moving anchor points. Nothing that should cause major crashes.

Constant crashes
Constantly crashes. Every few minutes the app crashes on 5th gen iPad and I lose my work. Tried rebooting, etc. Extremely frustrating.
