App crashes when using Magic Keyboard. Unable to type.
When using my Magic Keyboard the app crashes instantly, It then also sometimes doesn’t bring up the keyboard on the screen so im unable to type at all.

The issue has been fixed in a public release 3.0.6.
Please update it directly from App Store.
If the issue still persists — please comment back.

I have the same issue, when using the trackpad the app crashes instantly and it’s impossible to use.
ipad pro 3°gen 11in model A2377 ios ver. 17.1.2 with magic keyboard -

App crashing when using Magic Keyboard ONLY.
Even just moving the cursor causes it to crash.
The only fix is to remove the Magic Keyboard & use finger touch — which is not ideal!PLEASE FIX THIS. WE ARE ALL HAVING THIS ISSUE SINCE IOS 17.

Same thing is happening to me. Can’t input text with writing with the Apple pencil, virtual keyboard doesn’t pop up, app crashes with the Magic Keyboard. Using 12.9in 6th gen, iPad OS 17.1.1.

I am using magic keyboard and do not have another keyboard available to me. It appears to crash every time I use the magic keyboard trackpad to hover over the select tool.

Can you reproduce this issue, using another keyboard? -
illustrator keeps crashing when I type text and then try to tab out of the text

I use the Apple Magic Keyboard with my iPad, and Illustrator keeps crashing whenever I use the trackpad.
