  2. When a layer is locked don't ask me if I want to unlock it. Instead give me a drop down list of all the layers to choose from

    To Adobe: Please could you make exporting PDFs as reliable as the eps used to be. I'm creating a brand. I can't rely on everyone who ever receives the logo PDF file knowing how to select whether transparency is respected when importing to InDesign etc etc. We need a failsafe method please. I don't understand what was wrong with eps.

    Egor, I've just tried this, but the PDF displays with a solid background. There doesn't seem to be any option for choosing transparency

    Egor, thank you - this is helpful, it really didn't occur to me to export for web!! I assumed that would default to RGB and 72dpi!
    And for it to actually crop the art board is brilliant. If it deletes the hidden layers at the same time, I'll be delighted!!
    I still find the move away from eps as a logo format strange, they've always been brilliant in my mind!

    I'd like to be able to choose whether the width variation on my line should be relative to the whole length (therefore redistributed when the line gets longer, as happens now) or locked to the curve points on the line, so they remain as set when I add to the end of the line. I keep having to go back and re-set my widths.

    When exporting an art board I often don't have lots of them, so really don't need "01" added to my file name. I'd love a wee tick box that gave me the option of not appending the art board name
