   We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved

   a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
   b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
   c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
   d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.

   It been happening to me all weekend it would freeze on everything I have been working on and I would have to close it and reopen the app. It’s driving me crazy I never know if going to save what I’ve been working on.
