    We are unable to reproduce this issue in house. We need your help in getting this issue reproducible.

    Kindly provide some video and Test file(Via File→Package) with some steps with which you are facing issue and share with us in a zip file. Please let us know if you have been using any 3rd Party plugin while facing this problem.

    Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we might need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

    If yes, then please do let us know (sharewithai@adobe.com) about your available time so that I can schedule a remote screen sharing session accordingly.
    Our time zone is IST (+5:30 GMT).We are available between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm IST.

    Yup, this bug is still here... I thought it was supposed to be fixed 2 updates ago, but I just last night installed the latest update, and it's still doing it! Background save was the only reason I updated 3 or 4 updates ago. It would be such a huge time saver, if it would only let itself work!

    I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.

    Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.

    Are we any closer to a solution here??? Because it seems as though, somehow... it's getting worse! I don't know how that could be, but it seems really worse than it was last week. With as much as we pay for this software suite, why are such serious problems making their way to users??? I'm not a beta tester but rather someone trying to use your software to do my job. What's going on??? I'm attaching a .mov file in case you need another example of this insane rotate tool's behavior.

    Well that was a long wait (or it at least seemed that way), but it's great to have this fixed! I see that it's not working for some, but it's working for me.

    Yes this is maddening. I wonder if this was someone's idea of an improvement, but I really liked being able to drag the actual anchor point so I could snap it to another point or a path. It was very precise that way.
