While Ai now allows to get this disabled in Preferences > General, with the "Show 'Print Bleed' generative AI button on Bleed", I personally don’t think it’s a full solution (and won’t close the request).
I think Ai should allow to disable this right there, from this icon, and should not force us to hunt the option in the closet.
I also suggest upvoting this request —
An ability to disable Text to Vector Graphic feature and any other generative options

Hi,
Thanks for the information provided to the Illustrator team.
We are able to reproduce this issue at our end and the engineering team is currently isolating this issue further to get to the root cause. With Best Regards,

Illustrator 21.1 High Sierra 10.13.4
Intermittently the CMB+Spacebar shortcut for zooming and Spacebar for panning around a document stops working.
It appears to happen when Safari is running in the background. Quitting Safari usually seems to resolve the problem but sometime I have to restart Illustrator.

As you probably know, Illustrator today allows to change this behavior with a dedicated option in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display section.
However, it’s not that accessible, especially when you are already move and copy your artboards.
If you wish this option to be more exposed, consider upvoting this request: Display Move Locked and Hidden Artwork with Artboard option in Control panel and Properties while using Artboard tool / mode

1: Illustrator CC2018 22.0.1
2: When moving, duplicating or rearranging artboards the artwork also moves even if all the layers are locked. This has never been the case with any previous versions. If the artwork is on a locked layer shouldn't it stay in its original position?

Completely agree. Although it may be a useful additional new there really should be an option to turn this, and all the annoying new messages constantly explaining how to use very basic features, off. I can't believe that this hasn't been pointed out by professional users during beta testing.
