We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 22.1.

2: When moving, duplicating or rearranging artboards the artwork also moves even if all the layers are locked. This has never been the case with any previous versions. If the artwork is on a locked layer shouldn't it stay in its original position?Simon Barton

Illustrator 21.1 High Sierra 10.13.4
Intermittently the CMB+Spacebar shortcut for zooming and Spacebar for panning around a document stops working.
It appears to happen when Safari is running in the background. Quitting Safari usually seems to resolve the problem but sometime I have to restart Illustrator.
