I agree! We live in a Siri, Hey Alexa, age. It would be so cool to have one for Adobe.

I am closing the ticket due to lack of response.

Since this is not a generic issue that we can reproduce at our end, we will need someone to look into your machine to figure out what is going on here.

    Hi Pragya,

    Please see below:

    1. No particular file
    2. We just got new machines at work and, thankfully, no longer experience the problem
and cannot provide a video but I can explain what happened in more detail
    below..

This was happening with the most updated OS at the time on a 2012 iMac desktop (not sure if thats relevant). I began with writing out a word in illustrator, any font. I then duplicate it and place under the original, askew at an angle. Then I go to the blend tool and click the bottom word and then the top. I double click the blend tool icon on the toolbar to open up the dialog box. I select "specified steps" in the drop down menu and go to click "preview" and that's when the program freezes up and crashes. Note, this occurred when the words are not expanded. In addition to that crashing problem, working with fonts in general was very buggy and difficult to work with. The moment you begin to scale a word using the bounding box, or adjust the spacing, anything really, the work would no longer appear, sometimes freeze, you go to save, and the file is saved multiple steps back. It was easier to go back to the older version of the program than trying to figure it out.

I hope this is helpful and I'm sorry I couldn't get a video to you.
    Thanks for the help,
    Marie

I'm having the same font issues and now its causing my program to crash. I second the original post, "Can't work like that.."

Have you guys found a solution the this problem?
