   Hi,

   Sorry for the inconvenience caused,Please let me if the issue still persists. You can try changing the UI scaling in preference panel to small as suggested by frank.

   OK after having this for a small time I figured out what works for me.
   went to the preferences and pulled up USER INTERFACE and then changed the UI SCALING size to small. this will then have to restart the application and this then solved the issue of the jumping. hope this works with everyone else.
