The team has been investigating this problem in-house, and so far fails to find the exact steps required to make this happen. Seems to be either file- or machine-specific.
Please provide your full specs and try to come up with exact steps that lead to this.
A test file and a test video will surely help!

An error occurred while saving the comment All of a sudden, when I open my preference pane, it gets stuck on a small size that shows only the buttons (see image). It was working and all of a sudden, it changed. I have restarted illustrator but nothing changed.
Version 26.4.1 on Mac.

The white outlines in the file have Overprint attribute set. White + overprint result in empty objects, please remove overprint attribute from the white objects and try export again.

Sometimes it rotates the artboard next to it. It seems to happen when I paste an element to it.
This just started happening today.
Desktop version (28.3) working on macOS Monterey (12.6.7)
