does a reinstall help? for some error it seems your registry entries have gone corrupt.

I changed my PC from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
This bug happened on both PCs.An error occurred while saving the comment mei___

I contacted the support center.
It was said that the same thing happened with windows of the support center.

We have the fix available in the latest release. Please update Illustrator using Adobe Creative Cloud application to the latest build for version Illustrator CC 23.0.2

「ダブルクリックでカラーピッカーを表示」の方もぜひ実装をお願いいたします。
It is very important because it is an action I use on a daily basis.
I see that you have implemented my request to be able to change the color code in the swatch options in version 27.6.1. Thank you very much.
Please implement the “double-click to display color picker” as well.
