The issue is believed to be fixed in the latest Beta build and is expected to be pushed into the Global Availability build at the end of July.
To ensure this indeed fixes the problem, please install the latest Beta build from CCD app and try to reproduce it, following the steps provided by Ton in a comment within the report.
Please reply back if Beta works for you or not.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 27.3.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

An error occurred while saving the comment Renee commentedI tried the Beta 25.4.0 and I thought it was fixed at first, but in RGB files it's still happening. and files that are already CMYK existing files. New files that are set to CMYK it seems to be fixed.
An error occurred while saving the comment Renee commentedI am on a PC, Windows 10 Pro using Adobe Illustrator 25.3 (64 bit). I have attached an example. If you select all three objects at once and try to change the stoke weight it clears the color and fill of all 3. However if it's CMYK colors it works fine, it only happens if they are spot colors. I get the same results on Adobe Illustrator 25.3 installed on a Mac OS. Both systems also have Esko Data Exchange 21.03 plug-ins installed.
An error occurred while saving the comment Renee commentedI have objects stroked 1 pt but in different spot colors. I select "Same stroke weight" then change the stroke to 2 pt and it all clears, no fill, no stroke, and no weight to the stroke??
