Share for review | When sharing a second document it took over the first documents link including all comments etc.
The share feature is confusing when you have multiple Ai documents to share. I had one document already out to share and then I was working on another document and tried to share that one and somehow it took over the first share link and now all the comments are showing on another document. There needs to be an easier way to manage shared links and link the share button to the current tab/project that is open.

Export for screens missing slice selection feature from Save for Web
Export for Screens seems to be missing a few things to be able to replace Save for Web (Legacy), which is a strong limitation since Export for screens have features Save for web doesn't: Support for exporting multiple scales / resolutions , which is a must in 2022 with responsive images on the web.
One area it is lacking in is support for slices (by priority):
1. Be able to export only a selected slice
2. Be able to split up export for screens based on slices1 vote -

Can’t save SVG with <desc> tags
I've recently updated my Illustrator to Version 26.3.1 and when i save out svg data it is no longer able to save out <desc> tags. Extremely detrimental problem for my pipeline. Please look into this issue since 26.2.1 will only be available until 2023. I have attached a photo of the issue demonstrated in Notepad++

Is there a way to change the state of the page information line when exporting from Illustrator to a PDF.
We need it closer to the bleed box (or right on it) and much further to the left.

Ability to rotate an image 90 degrees when exported for screens
Having the ability to rotate an image 90 degrees when exported for screens would save a step when saving some art for the web.
Some artwork with text is saved built so the type is horizontal for ease of typing/reading. Current exports require the art to be built and then rotated 90 degrees in Photoshop.
The ability to rotate saves a step.

Content Credentials (Beta) arriving for Illustrator ... and general concerns about Content Provenance / Attribution
As Adobe are a leading player in the CAI initiative, are they rolling out 'Content Credentials' functionality to the other creation tools in the suite?
Also - related to this - why do admin staff on here ask people to upload .AI files as bug fix evidence without conversations about risks of jeopardising Provenance and Attribution?1 vote -

Export slices as HTML
I have always used illustrator and photoshop to work in for websites. I then normally open in Dreamweaver and finish the job off. Why can I no longer use the slices I have created in illustrator to create my initial html template... I don't seem to be able to export any more.

今までは、作業データをEPS形式で保存する際に、指定した場所に同名のファイルがあれば上書き保存できていたが、現在は、指定したファイル名の末尾に「_01」等が勝手に付け加えられ、別名保存になってしまう。これまでの方法で上書き保存できるようにしてほしい。

Allow me to change filename and file size dimensions with "Export as..." option
I can no longer save my file with it's filename when exporting an artboard for client review. I would like to be able to have control over the naming of the file and the dimensions I export to (especially when building out billboard art files). If there was an option that showed file size and dimensions like in the previous "Save to Web" that would be optimal

Customize Export Formats
I use only two export formats on a regular basis. It would be nice if could disable the formats I don't use. It is cumbersome to have to scroll through all the formats every time I use them. In older AI versions, each format was like a plug-in file that could be removed if not being used. It would also be nice if individual formats could be assigned keyboard shortcuts.

Multiple recover file management
AI feature that allows to save multiple recover files separately.
(The user decides how many copies of recovery to have, could be a single one or many).
for example, in case I want three copies of recovery that saves separately every X minutes.
recover1 saves every 30 minutes
recover2 saves every 10 minutes
recover3 saves every 2 minutes
This would help to recover previous versions of the same file.Additonally an option to save backups:
Save a copy every X minutes.
For example: Save a copy every 60 minutes.

Stop the over Writing of SVG vs Illistrator File saves
I work with a laser cutter which uses SVG files. Whenever I SaveAs "svg" the file/program I'm working on now turns into said svg save.
Id like it to stay as it's Illustrator file self so once I'm done making edits I can just save as normal. Currently when ever I save as an SVG I have to go Save As again and overwrite/replace the Illustrator file I'm working on. I've ran into issues before where if I do this too many times it sort of corrupts the ability to save as a SVGs.
