Feature Tours and Tips pop up windows keep showing up even after selecting "Skip Tours"

Turn them off. So annoying and get in the way or work.

This one is clearly not resolved and we should all agree Illustrator doesn’t offer a bulletproof way to disable all the promotions and advertisements about new features. No matter how cool any new feature is, we should be able to never get popup messages, unless they directly relate to our own artwork.

Please share, comment, and upvote this, to inform the team about how important it really is.

Hello,

Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience the issue has caused. We do test our products thoroughly including running it through multiple beta testers and we really regret that this issue slipped past our quality checks.
We have a fix and is available in the pre-release build. Please visit https://adobe.ly/1o2SDsg and get the latest build for version 23.0.5 (Build 3). While the build is prerelease this build is still of production quality. Please feel free to use/recommend it for your day to day activity.
We would appreciate if you can give us the feedback on the correctness of the fix by pressing the Thumbs up button on the UserVoice page.

Hi All,

I wanted to give a quick update on this request. First off, we acknowledge that these are annoying interruptions for our experienced users. Especially since these keep coming back even after clicking skip.

We also hear a lot of feedback from many of our users on making it easy for them to discover and learn about new features and functionality. However, as also evident through comments on this thread, there are issues with the way(and to who) we surface this content within illustrator today. We are going to address this in the coming few months. Our goal is to assist our users in discovering better ways to accomplish a task without getting in their way of using illustrator. You will see changes in upcoming releases very soon as we go towards streamlining it. I will update this thread on the progress.

Since we do not have have an option to turn off in app feature onboarding we are not able to understand this issue. We also show each onboarding message only once.

This tour popup is in Illustrator to stay forever and on the very purpose of slowing down software/creation and introducing new bugs in upcoming versions. Looks like a roadmap for some time?
We should be CAREFUL when upgrading Adobe software on production systems in future. Bug list should be presented and available as the New Features in new versions so we can understand with what we will have to deal before upgrade and is it worth.
... and what a nice little doggy on transform tool! Does anyone know if there is a hidden elephant somewhere?

WHY would this be turned on automatically in the first place?! Poor logic. I've been using Illustrator since – get this – 1988. YES 1988. I had Illustrator '88 on a Mac. So the inability too make this go away is really teeing me off!

Stop treating all Illustrator users like imbeciles. Get rid of the ****** popup tips and Product Tour that all users are forced to contend with.
