  1. When exporting as a pdf the colours are darker, document is set up as cmyk.

    Document is set up as cmyk, when I export as a pdf to print it makes the colours noticeably darker.

    Hi,

    Please delete and reinstall the application and see if you are able to resolve the issue or not. Otherwise try delete some of the stale or not in use files from your cloud documents and try to open the document. Let us know if it works.

  4. Artboard not loading

    Working on a file that I just saved for while and when I returned, the artboard won’t load and the layers would only come out as guides. cant see anything at all

  5. Design changes when exported (PDF)

    I’ve created many graphics and not has this problem but for some reason when I export it and check with the recipient, the graphic gets changed slightly. I’ve tried locking all of the layers before exporting and it still happened

  6. Connections and synchronisation issues

    Illustrator doesn’t seem to keep connected to the Creative Cloud, saying I am no longer connected and it doesn’t synchronize my work. I have lost multiple works this way.
    Impossibility to synchronize, save or stay registered (screenshots are in French sorry but this is basically what it says).
    Of course I tried login/logout and multiple other attempts to synchronize.

  8. aic file doesn’t save on ipad illustrator if originally from desktop illustrator

    Aic file created on Desktop illustrator, saved on cloud, then if edited in ipad illustrator does not save even though it says it is saving.

  9. Unable to open CC files on iPad

    Navigate to CC to access files: “to view this folder you must authenticate in CC app”

    Open the CC app and then what? Zero clues, zero ways to authenticate. Ultimately no ways to access the files within illustrator. Frustrating as this means a trip to the Mac in the office, just to check a couple of client files.

    To be fair the Creative Cloud app is a disgrace, whether you access from PS or other apps, the design is OK, but usability is circa 2/10 and no way to feed back on it.

  10. Export Panel and exporting for artboard doesn't work

    I drag my icon to export panel and select SVG. then hit export.
    A pop up appears only for half a sec and the export is not there.
    Same thing for exporting for screens; I select the artboard - export as SVG and I select that it would make subfolders for me and show it after export.
    It opens the folder but its empty.
    This bug appeared after the latest update. I urgently need it to be fixed.
