App won’t create a new file
I can’t create a new file. Every time I click create, it takes me back to a page that says “getting your files” and nothing loads. I’ve been trying for 20 minutes.

Destination Folders open too easily when dragging/dropping files into folders
Can you please increase the delay that determines whether to open the destination folder after dragging/dropping a file into that folder. Currently, it is very difficult to drop a file into a folder without also entering into that folder.
Preferably, the default behavior should be to drag a file into a folder while remaining in the same directory. In order to drag a file into a folder AND enter that destination folder, the user should be required to drag and hold the file over the destination folder for roughly two seconds. This should prompt a visual indicator on the folder…

Cannot move files out of folders, or to another folder (‘My Files’ page)
I cannot find a way to move a file out of a folder that it was accidentally added to. I cannot find a way to move a file from one folder to another folder.
This may be considered a ‘feature request,’ though I feel that it is a bug as I’ve never come across a file management system that does not allow files to be moved between folders.

Shape builder tool frozen many times so flustrating !!!!
I am so flustrated it worked so nicely and then it stopped. I cannot do anything, I really hope I can get soon some help. My work flow is disturbed:-(

Selection of multiple items bug
This happened in a large document with 15 + artboards. If you have an item in a layer, and that layer is in another layer, the selection tool bugs and you can only select everything on that board or just one thing

keyboard shortcuts stop working after export
they work fine, then I export a file and when I come back the magic keyboard does nothing. Trackpad still works and if I quit the app and reopen the keyboard shortcuts work again, until export

White screen
When I try to open the file I was creating, the screen turns white and when I open the layer, there is nothing. I've been creating it for a long time, but I'm having trouble getting it done help me.

Eye dropper randomly stops working on iPad
Eye dropper will randomly stop working. I am using an iPad. I have had this happen on multiple projects. The eye dropper shows black when selected and stays black no matter what color I try to select. It is not a settings issue as I will use it multiple times before then it just will only show/choose black.

Can’t add Art brushes on iPad
Can’t add new Art brushes on iPad. It only allows Calligraphy brushes to be added.

Can’t save brushes to favorites on iPad. Star icon does not display next to brushes.

When using brush, the stroke covers the entire screen
I can't even use a single paint brush... when i do the stroke covers the entire screen no matter how much alter the brush size. Don't understand what I pay $20 a month for, really frustrating app.

Full Justification Does Not Work on iPad. And, No Hyphenation.
When I try to edit a file on the iPad app that was created in the Desktop app with full justification and hyphenation, the iPad app removes the full justification. Even though full justification is selected in the iPad app, the ragged right edge of left-justify remains. Additionally, there are no hyphenation options on the iPad, which also screws up text and layout.
Together, this makes the iPad app completely unusable for much of my work.
These are basic functions of any layout software.

Unable to copy and paste select layers from one project to the other.
I am able to copy and paste only certain layers within a certain project and paste to another file. All indications show it to be working, until i select paste. Then nothing happens.

Unable to Create New Doc
Every time I attempt to create a new document Illustrator lets me name and set up. It opens the new document and immediately crashes. The only way I can create a new document is by duplicating one from a previous day, open it and then rename it. Apps and the iPadPro 12.9” are up to date. This behavior began before the most recent iPad update a few days ago.

As I zoom in and out, the image below as the reference disappears for moments
I am illustrating and using an image as reference below (in an locked layer), so as I am zooming in and out, the image disappears randomly or for moments, it looks like a glitch, because the image does not delete or goes away from the locked layer below, it happens only when I’m zooming in and out while illustrating, and I just can’t stop the zoom, it is very essential for us designers and illustrators.

Illustrator on a new iPad is slow and shuts down
Got a brand new Apple iPad and downloaded illustrator and photoshop, when opening illustrator and creating designs it gives me 1 minute and then shuts the whole app down and gets rid of all the progress, made in the time I get on my design.

Illustrator uses the old account name in the greetings
Your program is 'deadnaming' me. On the home page it says welcome to adobe illustrator, -deadname-! I changed my profile name but yet it didn’t go away. I know it’s because of my old account but it would be great to choose what will I see when I open the app.
