Would be great if you could get inspired by Procreate functions and workflow
I love Illustrator on the PC and Procreate on the iPad. Procreate has lots of nice features that I would like to be seen in Illustrator for iPad, like how you use one or two fingers on the screen to control different things, selection tools etc...

Double click on Apple Pencil switches between existing and previous tool
I’m using Good notes 4 quite a lot with some handy feature to switch between tools, speeds up the workflow a lot, just by double clicking on the Apple Pencil.

Mouse support
I use my Bluetooth mouse for almost everything on my iPad and not to mention it’s also plays a key role in creating graphics on my desktop illustrator as well. So it would be very very nice to see an option where I can move my anchor points or draw a line with my mouse on the iPad as well.
Please do consider this option it would mean a lot to us!

Add the option to change the dpi of document because we only have 72 dpi on ipad. We somewhat need to have 300 dpi.
i have recently purchased illustrator and thought that i can design tshirts using my ipad but it sucks since the dpi is fixed to 72. Can you please add an option to change it and set to highest dpi like 300. it would be a great help for designers like me. Thank you.

Toggle to disable closing of pencil lines
In the full version of Illustrator it is possible to turn off pencil lines from auto-closing by checking the “close paths” toggle off in the pencil options but it seems there is no option to turn this off for the pencil tool on iPad Illustrator. Very annoying when creating lots of short strokes and a good amount of them close into a shape.

Allow printing from the iPad
Please allow for users to print directly from the iPad. Right now we have to save the file and then go to a desktop version to print the files out. This is highly inconvenient and most people design directly on the iPad due to the versatility of using tools like an Apple Pencil. So, please add in a printing option directly from the iPad.

Export Single Artboard
Right now it seems we have to export all artboards at once every time. It would be great if you could select one and only export that (great for when you need to update small changes to designs)

Poor pencil performance.
Drawing with the pencil chugs, it's not smooth and lag free like Affinity Designer.

Perspective tool
Add a perspective tool, the only current app I know of on iPad is sketchbook and I really think illustrator could improve on this lots by adding a physical scale you could add when drawing products or people it would be a very welcomed feature

Option for pattern fill
On the desktop, I can put patterns instead of solid colors. It would be very useful when drawing illustrations.

Illustrator for Samsung Galaxy Tablets
With the new release of the Adobe Illustrator for iPad, Adobe should consider creating an android-based version of the app to download via the Samsung App Store. From the little that I understand about the developmental/bug-related issues that could arise, that would give greater control in making it available to one type of Android device/ecosystem while also giving greater competitive edge to android-based/Samsung tablets.

Swatches - Gradient, Pattern, and Etc
Would be really nice to see swatches in a tab of its own, Currently it’s a little awkward to navigate through the small window and the swatches are very small making color combos difficult to distinguish. We’re also missing all the glory or gradient, pattern and misc swatches that are available on the desktop. Bring em to the iPad please :) !
In addition a shortcut “i” for eyedropper tool would be great (or some version that is more aligned with the desktop possibilities and easy to grab color)

A FEW FEATURE IDEAS/TWEAKS
Instead of having that "alt button"you have to visually search for, just make placing fingers anywhere on the canvas mean the same thing. 1 finger means shift and two fingers mean alt. "Shift" click should always constrain to 45 degree angles while using the pen tool, similar to desktop version. Affinity Designer on iPad does this really well.
The ability to customize the quick menu. Make blending modes available along with the transparency option.
Long press finger should always give you an eyedropper.
Pen tool should give a preview line, like on desktop version.
