  1. iOS Illustrator has no Apple Pencil specific features

    I find the Creative Cloud apps on my Apple iPad Pro do not proper take advantage of the Apple Pencil. Other apps can distinguish between Pencil input and finger inputs to provide better and more intuitive drawing. There are finger-Pencil combinations, finger vs Pencil input choices, and so on. For example, one of the more useful options I have seen in other drawing apps are the Pencil as the normal brush while the single finger is used for smudging or erasing.   2. Ability to import Adobe Draw files

    I had just moved from my student to personal license. In the process, all of my adobe draw projects have disappeared, and I’m told that even if I were able to get back into my student account, my projects still won’t be there.

    If you store the draw projects locally (on the ipad), please don’t restrict them to a specific account.

    I just lost a year’s worth of projects and sketches. I have been told that there is not trace or remnant of what I was working on unless I moved it to illustrator at one point (which weren’t that…

    An automatic way for multi select by color, shape… (Select Same) for Illustrator iPad was we have in Illustrator desktop.
    Sometimes it’s impossible to select all I’ve already drawn or take so much time.

  4. Add to the line snapping function

    Can you add to the line snapping function for the Apple Pencil by also allowing us to snap to a perfect arc, ellipse, quadrilateral, and other common shapes as well as being able to adjust the shape to what we want it to exactly look like. This would definitely allow tracing objects and photos much easier. Procreate has this feature but I would prefer to use this app and Fresno because of all of the amazing features you offer.

  7. Print-ready pdf export with bleeds

    Please add the ability to export print-ready PDFs with trim marks and bleeds in Illustrator for iPad. That would be perfect for my workflow!

  8. iPad copy/paste Mac

    I can’t copy/paste stuff between Illustrator on my iPad and on my Mac and it’s a bit annoying… I also can’t really paste stuff in Illustrator on the iPad from the internet
    Is it possible to change that?

  9. PDF export options (e.g crop marks and bleed)

    This is one feature that would really help my workflow! Also the option to select different PDF formats e.g 2001 etc would help. Affinity offers this but in a really confusing format.

  10. Font search by typing the name instead of scrolling through list

    Let me search for fonts by typing, rather than scrolling through a long list. In the future it would also be great if I could have some filtering features (serif, sans, script etc…)

  14. better brushes and better merging of vectors

    I absolutely love this app on my iPad Pro! Most of my design work is now done on my iPad with ease! I would love to see grungy brushes and calligraphy brushes. I still have to go to my desktop version to merge layers better. Otherwise, it is all done right here with my pencil! This app is such a game changer!! Thanks so much for building this incredible app!

  18. Fix the text feature

    Excited about illustrator finally coming to the iPad but as with anything new, it must be improved. The text feature is great. My problem is that once I type on a path, the text won’t snap to degrees, so I don’t know if my logo/art is symmetrical. I know you all usually fix bugs in a timely manner. Thanks

    Make it possible to open files from OneDrive and the Shared folders.
    Or any type of way to communicate with Files In Sharepoint.

  20. Fix shape builder tool

    Shape builder is not working like how it does on desktop. It won’t allow me to create a shape from two overlapped shapes. It only erases the shape that I touch.
