  1. Your program is useless!!!

    It uses extreme amounts of resources?! That slows everything down on my laptop! Takes for ever to respond? Cannot log this problem with a support team or anyone to help? The worst is, this happens on both my wife and my laptop. We loose so much work!! It gets to a point where I am waiting more for illustrator to respond than actually working on it? It hangs, stops and then have to be restarted, usually, design is lost!! Super frustrating and really something you need to look at improving!!

  2. When zooming in, screen display turns to grey or heavily pixelated

    After upgrading our OS Adobe CC, our entire department is having a display issue in Illustrator and it seems that it’s only when zooming on a large display connected to a MacBook Pro laptop.

    Problem: Either the artboard goes gray or displays in extreme low-resolution. This has been happening on various monitors, including a Dell and LG 5K displays.

    Sometimes the art will display properly in different instances: when selecting the art; when nothing is selected; when zooming or deselecting the art if it was selected when…

  3. イラストレーターがダウンロードもできないし、使えない

    イラストレーターベータ版を開こうとしたら、「ビルドの有効期限が切れました」と表示されていたので、一度アンインストールしてもう一度ダウンロードしようとcreativecloudから入手を試みましたが

    「アプリケーションを正しく起動できませんでした(0xc000007b)」の表記が出てしまい再ダウンロードもできませんでした。

    どうやってイラストレーターを使用したらいいのでしょうか？

    パソコンは再起動も行ってみました。

    新しく購入したパソコンがSnapdragon X シリーズプロセッサーを搭載した Copilot+ PC

    である為、以下公式の説明通りの方式で仕組みが構築されるまで Adobe Illustrator （Beta）を使用していました。

  4. Impossible to enter special characters (diacritics) in layer names and AI prompts

    It is impossible to enter special characters (ones with diacritics - ęóąśłżźćń) in layer names and AI prompt window. In Polish they're entered from keyboard using right alt+character (ś = r-alt+s), so it might be realted to that...? Anyways, those are essential in Polish.

  6. Scaling an object with the bounding box using Shift + Selection Tool is acting weird (Illustrator Beta 2025)

    When I hold the Shift key to expand or shrink an object it starts to act weird. Essentially it is not stable.

  7. "Automatically Save Recovery Data Every X Minutes" doesn't work

    my auto save for recovery data is set to 2 minutes, but it rarely even saves reliably every "hour".

    this happened again today and this time I lost 3 hours of progress--yes it was my fault, I was swamped from editing multiple projects across multiple apps for a deadline. And, naturally, illustrator crashed again. Like always, it doesn't have the recovery data from minutes ago. Judging from the save state, this time it seemed to have only saved after the "first 2 minutes" upon opening the file, and never again afterwards.

  8. Cut and Paste in not working in Illustrator 29.7.1 16 bit

    I can cut or copy an object but the object will not paste. This problem occurs via the menu and the keyboard shortcut.

  9. Illustrator has trouble exporting files to JPEG

    Illustrator has trouble exporting files to JPEG. It practically doesn't export them at all. It goes through the entire export process but ultimately fails to export the file. This only affects JPEGs.
    Windows 11
    Illustrator 29.8.10
    I deleted the preference file, uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted the cache - nothing helps

  10. Latest Illustrator 29.7.0 #88 crashes upon file opening

    As said in the title: Illustrator Beta version 29.2.0 #88 crashes as soon as I open files saved in the beta before. The main Illustrator (29.6.1) does open the file without any problem.

  11. Illustrator 2025 Version 29.6.1 de maskeleme sorunu (clipping Mask)

    Illustrator 2025 Version 29.6.1 de bir resmi maskelediğiniz zaman (clipping Mask) Overprint açık ise normal bir görünüm var. Ancak Overprint kapatıldığında resmin maske alanının dışı da görünüyor. Bu durum önceki versiyonlarda olmuyordu. Denemek için çalışmayı 2023, 2024 versiyonlarında açtığımda herhangi bir problem görülmüyor. Bu sorundan dolayı 2025 versiyonunu kullanamıyorum.

  13. Some tools don’t allow to snap the transformation pivot to the current selection’s own points using Smart Guides

    The latest Beta 29.6.57
    It seems like Rotate and Scale tools (and I suspect others as well) no longer see Smart Guides for the current selection’s own points — only of other objects. What’s wrong? All SG options are checked, as always for me.

    Still works as expected in the main build.

  14. 3D Extrude bug

    Facing an Error when using 3D Extrude. After creating a shape and applying the Extrude effect, I free transformed the Shape. The result is as in the picture for reference where the Extruded wall shows an error even if i go back to before measurements.

  15. Asset Export Not Respecting Individual Assets

    When exporting properly grouped and named assets in the Asset Export panel, SVG, PDF, JPG, EPS, and Ai files will export multiple versions of assets in the file, but PNG files export properly.

  17. Illustrator hangs when copying and pasting text in CJK fonts

    If I copy and attempt to paste any Japanese language text in Illustrator, the app hangs for an extended period (1 minute or so), and then finally pastes the text rendering it nearly unusable. Do not have the same issue for English text.

  18. Inconsistent Anti-Aliasing When Combining Shapes with Outline in Adobe Illustrator

    Description: There is a noticeable inconsistency in anti-aliasing when combining shapes with an outline in Adobe Illustrator.

    Left Image (With Outline): Shapes with an outline are rasterized with a visible anti-aliasing effect.
    Right Image (Combined Shape): After combining the shapes, the anti-aliasing effect appears smoother and more refined.
    From my understanding, both images should exhibit similar anti-aliasing behavior when rasterized, as they are essentially the same shapes. However, the anti-aliasing in the first image (with outlines) is harsher compared to the combined result on the right.

    Expected Behavior: Both shapes should be rasterized with the same level of anti-aliasing, regardless…
