An error occurred while saving the comment Julia, Illustrator’s rulers can be switched between global an local modes.
Global Rulers assume artboards are objects placed on a common grid, and Artboard Rulers reposition 0,0 every times you switch between artboards.
To switch, go to View > Rulers > Change to Global / Artboard rulers, or right-click the intersection of two rulers and choose the mode you need.
Does it solve your problem?

If yes — can you share a packaged file that have issues like this? -

An error occurred while saving the comment Peter, this looks very much like the older issue, https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447/suggestions/38892937
Can you share the file that has the text jumping?
Please make a duplicate of the text, and outline it to track if the shift occurs. Also — are you sure you save in the latest version and not legacy formats?

An error occurred while saving the comment Dawn, indeed! Illustrator refuses to expand the stroke in the skyline object. This should be studied and fixed.
However, there are workarounds.
You still can use Object > Flatten Transparency to make it expanded.
The other option is to locate the object in Layers panel and study the object itself — you’ll see that it is a group that has several groups inside that have two duplicates of the same compound path at the bottom level. Once you ungroup all several times and release a compound path (Object > Compound Path > Release), you'll get yet another group, inside of this compound path! Ungroup it, make compound path again (Object > Compound Path > Make) — and finally you will be able to expand the stroke.
See, Illustrator allows to have groups inside of a compound path, and this leads to this and other problems. There is a bug report about it, please vote — https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/41110042-groups-inside-compound-pathsAnd the third option would be using Offset Path instead of stroke to be expanded and that substracted with the Shape Builder. It still requires a cleaner objects, but saves two steps in the process.
Thanks for reporting the issue!

An error occurred while saving the comment John, do you still have access to 25.4.1? Can you try to export the same asset from both versions and share both the original and the files resulted? Please also share the screenshot of the setting used (yeah, I see them as text, but just in case). This will help to investigate the issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment Arne, it does... but only if your layers’ name are unique and thus are compliant with standards of the web.
Can you share a file that causes problems for you? Does it have unique layers’ names? -

An error occurred while saving the comment To make it less a shouting (oh I know that feeling!), I’d like to have more information about your pain points in a productive manner. Please, share some more about what makes you feel like this? I have a list of my own (trust me, it’s huge), but I am interested in yours.

An error occurred while saving the comment I can confirm that clicking a color chip in the Color Guide does not always apply the color to a selected object! Often happens when it is clicked in a rapid succession. A second click usually fixes the situation for me.
Does it work the same for you, Olga?

An error occurred while saving the comment Crisy, is this still an issue for you?
I can't reproduce it, objects do recolor when placed in a clipping mask for me.
If it’s still broken for you, can you share the file, please? -

An error occurred while saving the comment That’s what password protection is about, isn’t it?
Or you mean that you KNOW the password but still can’t open/save the file? -
