@enisio We are able to reproduce this issue with the steps you provided. Thanks for not letting this go
An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedThx Egor,
I discovered something new. Never mind the old files, I prepared a more updated video.STEPS
(1) Let's add a few random pantones or spot colors to the SwatchPallete.
(2) Let's select a few colors one by one with the Ctrl key in order and give the MergeSwatches command.
(3) Copy any object
(4) Let's paste it on the page.
The colors that have just merged are back on the palette.I don't leave unnecessary colors on the palette and it can be misleading.
So then I have to issue the SellectAllUnused command. It's been this annoying since version 23 as far as I remember.
Unfortunately that's how it is in Version 25.4.1. (Is it just me seeing this error?)In this case, if we do a rough calculation backwards, I probably used the SellectAllUnused command 1 million times :=)
An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedThx Egor for your answer,
When you do SellectAllUnused, my friend, you can delete it because there is no such color. I seem to encounter it a lot when I open old files. It even happens that the DeleteGolbalColor color names appear in the SeparationPreviewPalette.
In short, it would not be a lie if I say that I use the SellectAllUnused command at least maybe 100 times a day :). If there was an error with the file, I would add it here.
My guess is it might be due to old files. But I will not let this thing go. If I find the exact source, I will make another video.
An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedI also added a similar error...This link.
I think the problem is the same

An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedMost people are unaware of the ExtendScript Toolkit. But wouldn't it be nice if the Find and Replace palette included in ExtendScript Toolkit (ESTK) were in Illustrator? I think it would be something super cool. Support please.

Illustrator today has Cut, Copy, Paste and other Paste variants in the context menu.
However, Lock and Hide are missing still. Please continue voting and commenting if you need these items.

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 25.4.1 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!
An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedI opened a thread about copy/paste which I consider to be a bug. Probably a similar situation. Because that too is a problem.

Illustrator respects the overprint when exporting raster files. Please follow the instructions in comments and reply back if it does not work for you.

I noticed something while testing. It happens when I paste the text directly. But when I open a text field and paste it into it, there is no problem. Strange problem. As in video.Enisio shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedIt's definitely a **** bug. Adobe has to figure this out. I hope he can hear.
Solution for now is forgetting the CleanUp command.Enisio shared this idea · -

Hi everyone! Thank you for your feedback so far.
As we make progress, we wanted to hear your thoughts regarding the intended functionality of this solution. We are sharing two scenarios forproposed behavior of this functionality, please review these and let us know your feedback:
Scenario #1: The area calculation will only consider the path geometry of an object and not include the stroke weight as part of the computed area. To calculate the area of the stroke, the object can be Expanded so that a separate compound path is created for the stroke.
Scenario #2: Appearance-altering effects (e.g., Drop Shadows, Gaussian Blurs) that do not modify the underlying path geometry will not influence the area calculation. We will continue to calculate the area of the actual closed path.
We have also attached a visual reference for these scenarios to this post. Please let us know your thoughts!

An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedI think it will run a little faster if a feature that makes some tools passive at startup.
Because each tool or plugin uses RAM.
A tool that I don't use or need, maybe someone else is using it. I understand.
But for me there is a list of tools that I hardly use or need.
If a method is developed that can be disabled in the list below, I'm sure the illustrator will be a little faster.Vehicle list I've never used:
Graph Tool
Symbol Sprayer Tool
Perpective Grid Tool
Width Tool
Curvarute Tool
Slice ToolAsset Export Palette
CSS Properties Palette
Color Themes Palette
Learn Palette
Libraries Palette
Navigator Palette
SVG interactivity Palette
Variables Palette -

Adobe Illustrator's Multithreading Journey Begins!
Dear Illustrator Community,
I'm thrilled to announce that we've embarked on an exciting journey to bring multithreading capabilities to Adobe Illustrator. This significant undertaking will enhance performance and responsiveness across various aspects of the application.
While this is a complex process that will take some time to fully implement, I wanted to share our progress so far.
Our Approach
We've strategically begun by focusing on the most computationally intensive operations—those that typically take more time and block the main thread, resulting in slower response times while you work. By moving these operations to separate threads, we aim to significantly improve your overall experience with Illustrator.
It's important to note that you may see more noticeable impact in some areas than others initially. However, we want to assure you that this is just the beginning, and we will continue this journey to bring improvements across…

Seems to be fixed in recent version of Illustrator.
Clicking a caption of a filed in Properties (if the caption exists for a value) does select the whole value, like it does in other panels.
Please verify and reply back.

Adobe. Make It an Experience. An error occurred while saving the comment Enisio commentedI had brought up this issue many years ago and still no solution has been offered.
When do you plan to enlarge the marked place on the screen and similar ones?
I hope you do not "in the middle of this century"! -
