Hi Everyone,
This functionality is available in our latest release build – 29.0.1 .
Now you can scale you artwork with artboards using Artboard tool , Artboard Dimensions and Preset.

Being able to select a background colour other than white would be great for jpg asset export too.

Same issue working on Cintiq Pro 16 (4k screen), Win 10. Transformation handles mismatch with the behaviour -- transform handles show you're about to scale, click and drag and you find you're rotating instead.
