Export multiple artboards with 'Save for web'
It would be very useful and a huge time-saver to have the option to export multiple artboards with 'Save for web'. Currently you can only do 1 artboard at a time, and if you have a lot of artboards to export then it gets old real fast and takes up valuable time.
Auto-populating the file name would be amazing too. When you do a regular export, it exports the files with what you named each artboard. But when you do 'Save for Web', you have to enter the file name each time.

[Script HELP] Import file to artboards and flatten transparency
Hi, I'm looking for a script that can IMPORT files (AI, PDF, EPS) by inserting these files, or multipage PDFs, onto multiple illustrator tables in a connected way.
Then let me select eg. from table 1 to 5 (of 200) and apply a preset registered in the CONVERT TRANSPARENCY panel.Can someone help me?

stroke width tool more defined errors with conflicting properties.
There are several things that do not allow the use of the "stroke width tool", like brushes, or having the stroke non aligned to the center... but right now the tool gives no hint about what is the issue, and why is not working.
What about giving you a more specific error, and showing the option to dissable this conflicting property. (if you cannot work around the stroke width in this circumstances.)1 vote -
Reduce / Extend path effect
Like in After Effects, it would be very useful to have an effect or an option in the Stroke panel like the "reduce path" animation option to draw more complex strokes (instead of duplicate them), like in the RubberHose plug-in. Could be useful to draw characters or set up files to export to AE.

Illustrator Panel keeps resizing its width when changing to another tabbed panel.
Illustrator Panel keeps resizing its width when changing to another tabbed panel, unlike in Photoshop. Can't you make this stop? It's been around for years. Very irritating. I usually don't put any panels underneath my Layer Panel so there is nothing there to keep it from resizing. Why do we have to put up with this? Photoshop interface is more relaxing. Why can't it be the same for Illustrator?

Dropdown menu for alignment to specific artboards
I work with multiple artboards files every day and I constantly use the align tool to align to what I think is the artboard I have highlighted, only for it to jump to a different board. It would be awesome if you could click and hold for a menu to dropdown and then select the artboard to align that item to.

No longer can copy, the copy in a text box and paste it outside of illustrator I would like to see this fixed.

Please stop removing features from Beta that are available in regular.
The arc tool needs better features that are in the non-beta version but for some stupid reason are removed from beta in order to make things harder and less functionable. For example, I can't see the properties of an arc I've drawn, or convert a path to an arc. BUT, if I were NOT USING BETA, then I'd be able to.
I'm learning this software, and keep asking Google Bard for instructions, and have great information, only to find out that features were removed or slimmed down in Beta, giving you less function. WHY?! Isn't the point of Beta to…

Able to edit class prefix at export SVG (st0,st1...)
This issue is very common when you import to html two or more svg files and the last svg overwrites the class of the previous svg inserted, due that uses same name of class.
The solve is able to edit a prefix on export options window, that can edit for each file to set an unique prefix to get e.g.: st0, st1 and foo0, foo1 in each.

PDF import: Improve gradient parser compatibility
Currently, Illustrator apparently doesn't support all "types" of gradients present in a PDF. When trying to open the attached PDF, an error occurs and the gradient is rasterized.
However, it opens normally in other programs such as Scribus. I thought it was a limitation of the PDF producer (Inkscape), but maybe not. Please, see the discussion: https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/-/issues/9185
Therefore, I ask Adobe to investigate the case and, if it is a limitation of Illustrator, to implement support for this "type" of gradient for better interoperability of the PDF parser.

Opacity Mask Thumb displayed in color, not in grayscale
Please checkout the current Opcity Mask viewing. When you hold down the Option/Alt key to review the mask you see the objects or image in color. It should be like it used to be before in Gray scale... (black Conceals, White Reveals)
Why did you change it? In the imge I enclose you can see the dog in color..should be BW once it is in the mask area.1 vote -
データ結合 アクションのバッチ処理の際の変数のデータセット開始位置指定について
アクションのバッチ処理を用いてデータ結合を行う際、
CSVの２行目からデータセット１，データセット２～と読み込まれますが、
行数が数百～数千行ある場合、例えば、「データセット100から200まで」など、
開始位置や行数、範囲を指定してバッチ処理することはできないでしょうか。現在は、CSVファイルを100行ずつ分割して複数作成し、都度、読込みなおすという作業をしていますが、
大変面倒で不便ですので、データセットの範囲を指定できるようにしていただけると助かります。

Font grouping
I am a graphic designer working in the field of design. I need the ability to group fonts together. Currently, as fonts cannot be grouped, I use colored blocks to create combinations. I find it very inconvenient that fonts cannot be grouped, and this hampers my workflow.

Points of a path being able exist in multiple different layers
If you have every tried to make Celtic knot designs, you know what I am talking about. If points of a path can exist in multiple layers this will make it a lot easier for parts of single paths to go below or above other paths, like a ribbon going through different ribbons, making knots or weaves, without the need to cut parts of paths and shift them to different layers. 大改革をしてみては如何でしょうか！？「著作権保護機能が完璧に達成された画像生成AI」アプリケーションでも
良いですし、Adobe社の全てのアプリケーションが含まれるような、イーロン・マスク氏のような X アプリケーションのような考え方です。
.aiの拡張子は、この先誰にも奪われませんし、世の中のクリエイターで、
知らない人は殆どいないかと存じます。Adobe IllustratorとMacがなければ、私は今ここで、こういった発言を
していなかった未来だと思いまして、突然頭の中で閃いた、ユニークなアイデアだけれども、お笑い的に言うと、
そのまんまなんですが、何かしら、そういうすんごいアプリケーションに

AMD RADEONのグラフィックボードのサポートと、メモリの割り当て機能追加のリクエスト
Afinity Designer2.1.1と、Adobe Illustrator 27.8.1のパフォーマンスの違いを、複数のアートボードがある、.ai ファイルを開いて検証した所、
圧倒的な速さでファイルを開けるAfinity Designerに対して、1分以上遅く元祖Illustratorは開きました。いつまでもNVIDIAのグラボしかサポートせず、RADEONは対応していない点や、メモリ割り当て機能が存在しない為、パフォーマンスが、劇的に落ちています。
Adobe Illustratorは、Adobe製品の中でも、「要」のアプリケーションです。そのソフトウェアを、最適化して更にパフォーマンスを高速化出来なければ、効率の良い業務がいつになっても出来ません。
パフォーマンスが遅くて、未だに完全に試していない機能もいくつかございます。
Mac OS Xも発売当初、ユーザーから、パフォーマンス！パフォーマンス！と猛烈にリクエストされて、現在に至るわけですから、御社も「要」のソフトウェアの更なるパフォーマンス向上をリクエスト申し上げます。
