1. Turntable feature is not available for Intertwine objects

2. Auto-toggle Display Print Size at 100% Zoom by RGB/CMYK document; avoid manual Prefs switching

   Illustrator should learn how to pick the proper screen resolution based on the intent of the document... that is auto-disable the 'Display Print Size at 100% Zoom' option perhaps for RGB-based docs for screens and enable it for CMYK-based to-be-print documents.
   I create a lot of BOTH, and I have no idea why should I manually toggle this in Prefs EVERY time I switch between opened documents.

3. Please rework the Gradient Annotator: stop the scale gizmo from vanishing and correct the icon for the Aspect Ratio

   When trying to scale a gradient, the Scale gizmo's disappear all the time. Trying numerically is a pain, with a dropdown list of percentages, in stead of a slider, nudge buttons and input field.
   Also, it is unclear why 'Aspect Ratio' is set in %. Turns out to be the scale of the width. But the icon shows arrows for the height. I think a UI-expert should rework this, accompanied by a user.

4. Show the consistent color picker dialog both when editing a fill and a swatch

   For some reason AI uses different color pickers in similar occasions. I would like to see a unified color picker that has all the best from the other color pickers: HSB and Grayscale and RGB/Hex or CMYK (depending on document color mode).

   In the current version double clicking a swatch brings up a completely different interface than double clicking a fill color for example.

   I would like to see a color picker that shows all I can possibly need, without having to change systems all the time via a menu. (most of the time, I use HSB and RGB to modify colors, but AI does not offer both in one view.)

   Take a look at Cinema 4d's color picker as a starting point, and improve it more to create the Adobe version (and then... put it in all CC apps! :-)

5. Do not advertise and insert the Turntable within the Transform panel

   I understand Ai want to advertise generative features more.
   But putting the Turntable button (a 'speculative gambling machine') into the Transform panel (a dedicated panel about coordinates, sizes, 'parametric parameters' (sorry for the pun)) — is not OK.

   There are plenty of other places.
   A generative menu, Control (where we can disable in with customizing a panel), in Properties’ Quick Actions (that we can keep below the line... why not customize? — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/31999108), or CTB (why there’s no customization here also? — http://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657/suggestions/49235456)...

6. Make zooming in respect the text insertion point (text cursor)

   With or without the Zoom to Selection option (in Preferences > Selection & Anchor Display), zooming in (I use Cmd/Ctrl+Plus a lot when I edit text) into the edited text won’t respect the blinking cursor’s position. So If I decided to zoom into a text I’m editing, Ai would just zoom in the middle, hiding my point of interest out of the view.
   Thanks to Brian Wood for bringing the attention to it.

   More of it — if I START typing (or press an arrow button), hoping for the view to adjust (like it used to do) — it won’t happen!

   It centers the view, instead of keeping the selection within view. It’s super painful when you zoom out using hotkeys.

7. Linked file is not shown like it should be

   I also found this issue while linking the file between the other apps (InDesign/Premiere Pro).
   Please see the attached pictures for reference.

   I normally linked the file(s) and lay on another size to make a production.
   It's easy to modify the original (one file), and the other linked files will be updated.

   Now I need to export to a photo and re-link the file.

   Why are the advantage functions continuing to disappear?

   Including the Cloud Storage, it is useless. Cannot share or download the file. Modifying the file on the cloud is a nightmare (super lack).
   The old version (shared assets) is very useful for me, the team, and the suppliers.

8. Cannot select some character in Thai

   Normally, I can select every character in Thai. Now it cannot be separately selected, especially the tone mark and the vowel. Please see the attached picture for reference.

9. Help user to show open panels

   Sometimes UI panels are covered by others. When choosing those panels from the menu, a blue outline hints on their position.
   Why not bring it to front? in 99,99 % of the cases, that is what users want.

10. Pfadrichtung im Attribute-Panel anzeigen

    Ich meine mich daran zu erinnern, dass früher die Pfadrichtung im Attribute-Panel ersichtlich war, wenn man einen Pfad aktiviert hatte. In Version 30.3. für OSX ist das nicht der Fall. Man kann die Pfadrichtung nur über den Workaround mit Pfeilen sehen.

    以前のバージョンで利用可能だった「シャープ」や「アンシャープマスク」がメニューから消去されている現状は、作業効率を著しく下げています。

    リクエスト：

    メニューへの直接配置： 画像を鮮明にするのは基本的な操作です。「効果ギャラリー」の奥に隠したり、Photoshopの起動を強制したりせず、Illustratorのメニューから直接選択できるように戻してください。

    用語の分かりやすさ： 「アンシャープ」といった内部処理の名称ではなく、ユーザーの目的である「シャープ（鮮明化）」という名称で直感的に使えるUIにしてください。

12. Group color handles in the Recolor panel’s Edit mode

    It would be great if we could select colors in the Edit mode of the Recolor dialog and group them together so they will be linked and move as one.
    Right now, they're all linked, and we can unlink a single color from the rest, but there's no way to dynamically group sets of colors. In this example, for instance, it would be nice to group a bunch of them by hue (the reds, the greens, the purples) or by value (the light green & pink as one group, the dark purple, red, and green as another group, etc), or by saturation (the mid and light purple + the light green as the low saturation group, and the rest as the high saturation group). This could also be used to group colors by what part of the image they're being used for (e.g.: a person or a shoe or whatever you're drawing!)

14. Allow no not change the font in Glyphs panel to match the selected text

    When I display the Glyphs panel while text is selected, the font attributes of the selected text are applied, causing the font at the bottom of the Glyphs panel to change to the selected font.

    For example, if I’m looking at Futura symbols but accidentally click on text set to Helvetica — the symbols displayed switch to Helvetica.

    There are times when I want to enter a special character, such as a cherry blossom mark, at the beginning of Futura text. However, when I try to view and enter that character using the Glyphs panel and click on the Futura text, the font changes. Therefore, I would like a checkbox or similar option added so that when I click on the text, I can choose whether to change the Glyphs panel’s display to match the selected text’s font or keep it displaying the font I’m currently viewing.

16. Percentage relationship between geometric shapes

    When we have two or more logos together and they display different shapes (circles, rectangles, squares), it would be helpful to establish a relationship between them based on their percentages. How much should I enlarge or reduce a circle so that, proportionally, it has the same visual weight as a rectangle?

17. Add a "starred" section in CC Libraries for the ability to save libraries at top of list (not just recent).

    Currently, CC Libraries lists a selection of "recent" libraries used, and then lists libraries in alphabetical order.

    Proposition: to create an option to "star" libraries in order to permanently save them in a section at the top (until "unstarred" and be removed from the starred list).

    Why: Working at an agency, we are constantly cycling through a long list of libraries on a daily basis, and the libraries I have used most recently are not always the libraries I use most often. I am constantly scrolling through to find the library I need and it's almost never in the recent libraries list. It would be helpful to be able to save the libraries I use most often even though I will still be using many other libraries in between.

18. Multi-letter Shortcut Combinations

    I would like to see an option to create multi-letter shortcut combinations for every tool, menu item, action in Illustration.

    E.g. rather than just CMD/****/OPT+ a letter (e.g. CMD+S, OPT+CMD+A, etc.) have the option to hit three letters in succession e.g. CMD+ELL (ellipse), CMD+KER (kerning), CMD+RML (Paste Remembers Layers on/off).

    This would increase the number of possible shortcuts by a factor of ~2200x

    I would like to see a Transparency Scatter Brush Options added to the current list (size, spacing, scatter, rotation). In addition to the usual Control Methods in the dropdown menu, it would be neat to have a way for Transparency to match Size option. (e.g. 50% size -> 50% opacity.

20. 'Click to copy value' button in Color doesn’t indicate the value gets copied clearly

    I don’t like how the 'Click to copy value' button in Color panel is designed — when it gets pressed, it selects the value and that’s it. It makes us think we NEED to copy it, and the button just selects... other editors in similar or related conditions show a shy message or change the icon for the button, indicating the copying happened.
