Export for screens missing slice selection feature from Save for Web
Export for Screens seems to be missing a few things to be able to replace Save for Web (Legacy), which is a strong limitation since Export for screens have features Save for web doesn't: Support for exporting multiple scales / resolutions , which is a must in 2022 with responsive images on the web.
One area it is lacking in is support for slices (by priority):
1. Be able to export only a selected slice

Apply colour mode to different artboards
It would be great to have a feature where we can change colour modes for different artboards. This is extremely helpful in today's digital world, where we are working on Brand Identity design that involves the use of logo and colour palette extensively in print and digital media. This will help keep one master file for an extensive brand identity work and makes it easy to compare between CMYK and RGB colours/designs.

Often for work I receive .dxf models with the related .rul developments, so I would need compatibility with .rul files to be able to work,

Turn any object into an eraser head.
You can quickly delete everything inside/outside an object. Right click could make it rotate while moving. Make the option to leave a fill underneath and create a new object. I think it is time to move on from just a circle. Maybe this could belong to the shaper tool.

新しい3D機能[3D & マテリアル]でも押し出しのべベルの方向を外側にできるようにしてほしい。「3D(クラシック)」のべベルには内側か外側か選べるオプションが有りました。同じオプションを新しい「3Dとマテリアル」にも付けていただきたい。このオプションがないと、文字オブジェクトから金属活字のような物体を作成できません。（内側にしかできないので細くなってしまう）実にもったいない。

Layers panel dimensions dynamically resize, or have tools cling to bottom of layers list
When I open a layer, the layer list is quite long so I need a tall panel. However when they're collapsed it's a much shorter list and suddenly the trashcan button is super far away from where I'm working in the layers. It would be nice if the panel automatically resized to keep the toolbar near the list, or otherwise have the toolbar cling to the bottom of the layers list so it's easily accessible when working in that panel. Hi, I need to have the ability to upload a tab separated csv file in the variable window. In Mexico we use commas instead of dots to separate the thousands, that generates a bad reading of the data set. Thanks

Convert fractions to decimals within the program, not just the new file dialogue box: 116-7/8" to 116.875 in.
We work with various large format sizes given with fractions, but the programs run off decimals. The New file dialogue box will convert them, so why can't this be added to the number fields for artboard and object sizes? Similar to how we can use the "/" to divide by a number when working at 1/4 scale or 1/2 scale.

Adapt Dark Title bar in dark mode in Illustrator for Windows
The existing title bar is white, enabling dark title bar will help us get a more unified UI.

Rename Anchor Points
Say you want to apply the 3D (Classic) Rotate effect to a complex illustration but you have a rogue anchor point that causes this message: An unknown error occurred. Click MORE INFO and try some of the solutions to fix the issues.
It has taken me many hours to figure out that a single anchor point (that is neither part of a shape or a path) is the most-likely cause of this error message. I work very clean, but rogue anchor points happen occasionally and it's incredibly frustrating to find.

Adobe illustrator is running slow for no reason
I have been using adobe illustrator for more than a year on my vurrent laptop and i never had problems (acer nitro 517-52 GTX1650Ti I5). I have updated my graphic drivers and illustrator too. I know i am using more and more fonts over the time. But since adobe illustrator crashed yesterday i doesnt stop lagging. When i am constantly zomming in and out with alt and middle mouse button its crashes in less than 5 sc and crash after placing down 5 rectangles in like 30 sc. Apply arrowheads with eyedropper
When using the eyedropper tool on a line, I would like the arrowheads from the line I am imitating to be applied to the selected line. I don't want to scroll through all the arrowhead options for every line! If I apply it once, It'd be so much easier to eyedrop that same feature on all the other lines I need it for.
This is something I would use for my job while making tech packs every day! I have arrowheads on the ends of dimensions and callouts.

Linking issue, always linked together after copying
Illustrator : After copying artboards, it's still linked to the previous one, meaning whatever I do to the 2nd one, the 1st one effects too.
After Effects : After copying the composition, it's still ..... (the same thing happens).So I'd suggest if we have the option to link or not to (which means choose to be the same as the previous one we copied or not).

Speed up Redraw with All Thumbnail Options on One Button
Switching off thumbnails for improved draw speed means switching various options and locations to get the layer, object and transparency thumbs all switched off. Working many customer files per day this is a drag.
Please put them all on one "thumbs" radio button with options for all-on, all-off, or custom preference, so I can get my work done faster.
Make this an application preference rather than document preference to save me even more time.
