  1. GPUプレビューで全オブジェクトに白い背景がつくバグ

    【症状】
    突然、Illustratorの全オブジェクトに白い背景がつくという現象が起きています。
    どの図形を作ってもバウンディングボックス内が白く染まり、後ろのオブジェクトが隠れてしまうことがあります。
    マスクや透明の設定は何もしていません。

    ・テキストにも白い背景がつきます。
    ・透過PNGも透明部分に白が表示されます
    （埋め込み済み・未埋め込みどちらも同様）
    ・書き出したJPEGにはこの白い背景は写っていません。

    つい最近のv29.2.1あたりから起き始めたのでアップデートが関係しているかもしれませんが、以前のバージョンに戻しても症状は変わりませんでした。

    【使用環境】
    ・OS：Windows
    ・GPUドライバーは最新
    ・通常はGPUプレビューで作業していました。
    CPUプレビューに切り替えると白い背景は消えますが、アニメーションズームやリアルタイム描画が使えなくなるのでできればGPUのままで解決したいです

    何か対策や原因について心当たりがあれば教えていただけると助かります。

  2. Bug report: Option + dragging from CC Libraries not showing Trademark Symbol correctly

    Mac OS 15.0—Sequoia
    Illustrator 29.0.0 Desktop

    When option+dragging a logo file from Creative cloud libraries to embed into a working file, the trademark symbol/text does not outline or appear correctly (See attached image on left side). Dragging a logo into a document without modifier keys does work properly however (with using the embed function after it is placed).

    I will submit a screen recording of the issue as well. In the recording, the first method I show is option+drag (bugged), the second method I am doing is simply dragging from CC Libraries and embedding after (workaround).

  3. Random swatch in files

    Random swatches keep appearing in new and existing files. When I delete them, they immediately reappear.

  4. ズームツールが切り替わらない

    ズームツールを選択しても（ショートカット含む）、マウスポインタの表示が選択ツール（またはダイレクト選択ツール）のままで、虫眼鏡にならない。
    ただ、機能としてはズームツールになっており使用は出来る。
    ズームアウトにするとマイナス虫眼鏡になるが、ズームインにするとやはり切り替わらない。

    いただきました、ズームツールの挙動につきまして、再現ができませんでした。

  5. 【Illustrator 2022】ガイドに関してのバグ?の報告

    PC: Mac Book Pro (16-inch, 2019)
    OS: Monterey 12.6
    Illustrator: v26.5(2022)

    作業中、ガイドのコピーアンドペーストを行うと、確実にアプリケーションが落ちます。

    そもそも、アプリのバグなのか、私のみに発生しているのかが定かでは無いので、なんとも言えませんが、原因が知りたいです。

    いただきました「ガイドをコピー＆ペーストでクラッシュが起こる」現象を、同じく

    OS: Monterey 12.6 / Illustrator: v26.5(2022) / Macbook Pro 13inch 環境で検証しましたが、クラッシュは起こらず、再現ができませんでした。

    その後、まだ同じような現象が続いておりますでしょうか？

    また何かございましたら、コメントをお寄せくださいませ。

  6. 禁止処理および文字組みが表示されなくなる

    ver.26.5にアップデートすると、「禁止処理」および「文字組み」が表示されなくなる。文字組み「行末約物半角」を「なし」にしないと結構仕事に支障が来ることも多く、ver.26.4.1には「禁止処理」および「文字組み」が存在したので、現在ダウングレードをして使用中。

    環境設定→テキスト→東アジア言語のオプションを表示 のチェックボックスをチェック

    していただき、再度ご確認くださいませ。

  7. ccライブラリ 編集が保存されても反映されない

    CCライブラリのグラフィックデータを編集中にPCをスリープさせ、
    スリープから復帰した後に作業を再開すると、データを保存しても編集内容が反映されない。
    データを閉じて再度開いてもスリープ前に最後に保存した状態で開れる。
    ライブラリのデータはバックアップが取れないので編集した部分がデータ丸ごとなくなります。

    環境　M1 macbookpro 14inch 2021

  8. Font Size reduces by 0.003 pt (bug ?)

    1. Adobe Illustrator CC 2020 (24.3, Mac), required for client delivery requirements.

    2. We have very strict font specifications. In many EPS files, the font sizes appear to reduce by .003 pt no matter which way I select and change the font size: select the element [either with a selection tool or the Text tool], change to 12 pt, deleselct, select the font element again and it's back to 11.997 pt. (see text issue mp4 attached, raw data of EPS included as well). New/recreated text elements begin behaving this way as well. This happens in specific EPS files, and to multiple users.

  9. Scrollbar in the wrong place within panel

    The scrollbar should always hug the right edge of panel independent of panel width. However it does not. Looks messy. Please fix!

  10. Drag copying an artboard causes hidden items to reappear

    Whenever I drag an artboard to copy it, anything hidden on the original artboard is now visible. Very annoying.

  11. Colors in vector art cannot be changed unless all old swatches are deleted first

    If I want to change certain colors in a vector illustration, I cannot just go into edit colors > recolor artwork and change them. I must first delete the original swatches and then change the colors or else the colors will revert back to their original values. I think that old swatches should be unlinked from artwork if they are changed.

    Can’t reproduce this today. Even global or spot color swatches don’t prevent the artwork from being edited and have the changes applied when using Recolor.

    If you still have the problem today, please share a text file, a small video with the exact steps made, along with the details of your build and OS setup.

    After I've had open a few files when I tap on a different file to make changes all the files I tap on in Illustrator look the same?

    Illustrator continually uploading to somewhere?

    Windows 7 and Windows 10.
    Latest update to Illustrator as of 2019-08-06

    It will not stop until I end it in task manager on Windows.

    cc-api-data.adobe.io is the host for Adobe storage: https://www.adobe.io/apis/creativecloud/ccstorageapi.html

    There can be a lot of reason for the uploads e.g.
    1. You area saving files to Creative cloud files
    2. Or uploading heavy files to Creative Cloud library
    3. Or some third party extensions making these calls.

  14. All pdf files in finder suddenly are called Illustrator files

    All the pdf files on my Macbook (macOS Mojave 10.14.2) are suddenly called "illustrator files" in my finder and when double clicking on them, they are opened by Illustrator (CC 2019, updated 12.12.2019). Before they have been simple pdf files which I created by Microsoft Word and which always were called "pdf file" in finder.

    We have not made any deliberate change to affect the change you mentioned.
    Please use the macOS feature to change the default application to open preview file.

  15. Guides not snappable when locked or on a locked layer

    For some reason, after updating to CC 2019 from CC 2018 today, I noticed that the smart guides won't snap to guides when you hover over them (i.e. with the pen tool) if guides are locked (which is usually the case for me since it's annoying having them unlocked and accidentally selecting them all the time) or on a locked layer. They were always recognized by the smart guides regardless of being locked or not as far as I remember in every past version of Ai. Any way to fix this back to how it was? It's super annoying to…

  17. (MojaveOS) Quit Unrelated Program, Minimized Illustrator Pops Out

    When I have illustrator minified and quit out of another program, such as terminal, illustrator pops out onto the desktop instead of staying minified.

  19. Misleading Backup

    I just lost an hour's work due to a power failure. I usually save more often, but didn't today. When the power came back and Illustrator launched, I was not prompted to recover a file. I checked the preferences and it said it was saving recovery data every two minutes.

    The recovery location was empty.

    I went on chat with support and they said, "Illustrator will, on very rare occasions, recover a file after a crash. it's exceptionally rare though. It has something to do with how and why the crash occured and only in special instances is recover possible.…

    Can you please share the case id so that I can understand the conversation you had with the support staff.
    We do turn off data recovery for complex documents as it affects performance. However there is a way to turn that optimisation off in preference File handling and Clipboard > Turn off Data Recovery for complex documents

  20. File's list Symbols not automatically updated in panel when pasting symbols from another file.

    Illustrator CC 2018 (22.1) on Mac High Sierra 10.13.3

    I have a file that already has symbols in it. When I paste more symbols from another file, the symbols recently pasted do not appear in the Symbols panel (eg if I want to select one of them and use the panel's menu to select all instances).

    The first file below shows the Symbol panel with the new symbols missing.
    The second shows the Replace dropdown menu, where the new symbols are shown (colour circles).
