  1. Bug report: Option + dragging from CC Libraries not showing Trademark Symbol correctly

    Mac OS 15.0—Sequoia
    Illustrator 29.0.0 Desktop

    When option+dragging a logo file from Creative cloud libraries to embed into a working file, the trademark symbol/text does not outline or appear correctly (See attached image on left side). Dragging a logo into a document without modifier keys does work properly however (with using the embed function after it is placed).

    I will submit a screen recording of the issue as well. In the recording, the first method I show is option+drag (bugged), the second method I am doing is simply dragging from CC Libraries and embedding after (workaround).

    The issue should no longer be reproducible in the latest build available of AI available on CCD , as we have removed the contexual notification in the recent releases.

  3. Random swatch in files

    Random swatches keep appearing in new and existing files. When I delete them, they immediately reappear.

  4. ズームツールが切り替わらない

    ズームツールを選択しても（ショートカット含む）、マウスポインタの表示が選択ツール（またはダイレクト選択ツール）のままで、虫眼鏡にならない。
    ただ、機能としてはズームツールになっており使用は出来る。
    ズームアウトにするとマイナス虫眼鏡になるが、ズームインにするとやはり切り替わらない。

  5. 禁止処理および文字組みが表示されなくなる

    ver.26.5にアップデートすると、「禁止処理」および「文字組み」が表示されなくなる。文字組み「行末約物半角」を「なし」にしないと結構仕事に支障が来ることも多く、ver.26.4.1には「禁止処理」および「文字組み」が存在したので、現在ダウングレードをして使用中。

  7. 別名で保存で「別名で保存」のダイアログボックスが表示されません

    illustrator 26.5（64bit）にて、別名で保存ができません。ファイルメニューから別名で保存を行っても、ダイアログボックスが表示されません。
    複製を保存は、正常に機能します。
    環境設定の削除、再インストールの実行、USBドライブの取り外しと試しましたが、正常に動作しません。
    前バージョンは問題がなかったのでバージョンアップによる不具合と思われます。

  8. 【Illustrator 2022】ガイドに関してのバグ?の報告

    PC: Mac Book Pro (16-inch, 2019)
    OS: Monterey 12.6
    Illustrator: v26.5(2022)

    作業中、ガイドのコピーアンドペーストを行うと、確実にアプリケーションが落ちます。

    そもそも、アプリのバグなのか、私のみに発生しているのかが定かでは無いので、なんとも言えませんが、原因が知りたいです。

    OS: Monterey 12.6 / Illustrator: v26.5(2022) / Macbook Pro 13inch 環境で検証しましたが、クラッシュは起こらず、再現ができませんでした。

    その後、まだ同じような現象が続いておりますでしょうか？

  9. Unsaveable document

    I encountered a problem with the current project file.
    Whenever I save it, it immediately gets dirty, the asterisk in the tab header pops back instantly.
    If I close the file (with save before) and open it back, it gets dirty again.

    I stripped all the content I had and reduced it to the minimal state of one hidden layer with one shape in it.

    Once you show the layer, it gets saved OK.
    Once you add a new layer — OK, which is strange, because the original has many and some are locked, some are hidden, and a lot…

  10. ccライブラリ 編集が保存されても反映されない

    CCライブラリのグラフィックデータを編集中にPCをスリープさせ、
    スリープから復帰した後に作業を再開すると、データを保存しても編集内容が反映されない。
    データを閉じて再度開いてもスリープ前に最後に保存した状態で開れる。
    ライブラリのデータはバックアップが取れないので編集した部分がデータ丸ごとなくなります。

    環境　M1 macbookpro 14inch 2021

  11. Font Size reduces by 0.003 pt (bug ?)

    1. Adobe Illustrator CC 2020 (24.3, Mac), required for client delivery requirements.

    2. We have very strict font specifications. In many EPS files, the font sizes appear to reduce by .003 pt no matter which way I select and change the font size: select the element [either with a selection tool or the Text tool], change to 12 pt, deleselct, select the font element again and it's back to 11.997 pt. (see text issue mp4 attached, raw data of EPS included as well). New/recreated text elements begin behaving this way as well. This happens in specific EPS files, and to multiple users.

  12. Save for Web (Legacy) does not clip transparency to visible layers as it did previously

    "Save for Web (Legacy)" , previously, when saving to PNG with transparency and NOT clipped to artboard, the transparency would clip to visible layers. Now it clips to existing layers, even when the layers are not visible.

  13. Export as PNG includes all hidden artboards into dimensions of image (V24.1)

    The latest release of Illustrator no longer exports just the active content of a file, but now also includes the dimensions of all the inactive (hidden) content in a file. PNG bug 2 shows the export of a single item in an artwork with many layers and items with just the visible item (in version 24.02), PNG bug shows the same export in the 24.1 version of Illustrator, which includes the outermost dimensions of all the hidden content. It is therefore no longer possible to export a single shape from a larger design with the dimensions of that shape.

  14. illustrator crashes when opening existing files

    Adobe illustrator crashes when opening existing files. After two complete re-installations (one of which was preceded by CC Cleaner), on a new machine running MacOS Catalina, the first Illustrator startup is correct. But Illustrator quits as soon as I try to open a file, even if that file has just been saved by this version.
    Other CC softwares are not affected.

  15. Selection Tools Not Identifying Color Swatches

    Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6
    Adobe Illustrator 2020

    With the new release of Illustrator 2020 we are experiencing issues with the swatches applied to art being properly identified in the Swatches panel.

    Both the Open Arrow Tool and Closed Arrow Tool are not correctly identifying color swatches applied to art when clicking and dragging to select.

    • Select Open Arrow Tool
    • Click and drag to select art

    Expected Result: Color swatch that is applied to the art will be selected in the swatch panel
    Actual result: Question mark appears in the swatch panel

  17. New Update (v24) crashes when I launch Illustrator by opening a file from finder

    I'm working on macOS Mojave 10.14.6
    2.9 GHz Intel Core i7
    Mem 16 GB
    Graphics Radeon Pro 460 4 GB Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

    Anytime I double click on an illustrator file from a finder window to launch illustrator (it is not open) the icon bounces and then crashes.

  19. Drag copying an artboard causes hidden items to reappear

    Whenever I drag an artboard to copy it, anything hidden on the original artboard is now visible. Very annoying.

  20. Parts of image becomes invisible in preview mode

    Every now and then when I rotate, move or resize objects, parts of my image become invisible, like there were rectangular shaped holes cut through it. I have to go to "Outline" and back to "Preview" to make it look normal again.

    I use 23.0.3, latest Windows 10, Nvidia GTX460.
