1. Exported EMF file gets corrupted

   As per the original poster, anchor was outside the artboard.

2. 定規の設定を0にすると次回開いた時にズレる / If you set the ruler to 0, it will be misaligned the next time you open it

   最新リリースバージョン「ver.26.2.1」にて、定規の0基準の設定されていないファイルを開いて、その中で0基準を設定後、保存してファイルを閉じた後、そのファイルを開くとデータの一部がズレた状態（トンボなどとそれ以外のいくつかのオブジェクトだけ勝手に動いた状態になってしまいます。
   途中の段階で別名保存したPDFは問題なく開けます。
   入稿データ等の場合かなりマズい状態です。

   The issue has been reported to be fixed in 29.8.1 build. Please update, test, and comment back if it truly is

3. Object size (width/height) swapped in control bar.

   See attached screenshot. Control bar shows the width and height of the object/rectangle incorrectly. 'Transform' box shows correct info, but control bar swaps the 2 dimensions.

   Shape’s width and height differ from path's width and height, as explained in comments.

   To deal with the second half of the problem, vote for this request to make Offset Path to respect the original position and the direction of a path.

4. Stroke appears to have Brush applied with no actual Brush

   When I am in ANY artboard, I draw a .0139" x .0139" OR 1px x 1px square to center my artboard. I zoom in to as far as I can to then pull my ruler from top left to center the artwork on the page.

   2 things,
   1 the square (1px x 1px) appears to have a brush stroke on it as it does NOT

   AND

   I cannot pull the centering tool (in ruler, Ctl-R ) onto my artboard to then center the coordinates.

   GPU mode Ai uses by default is fast, but can be imprecise at high zoom levels. To see the art the way it’s drawn, with no precision rounding artifacts, toggle it to CPU mode instead.

5. Pasting text within text box changes formatting to neighboring type

   I am trying to cut and paste type within an area type box. I have the type formatted with mixed attributes. But when I paste the type in its new location all formatting is lost and it assumes the format of the type next to where I paste it.

   This can happen if the 'Paste text without formatting' option is toggled in Preferences > Clipboard Handling. This would cause Ai to paste text with no formatting, adapting it from the target text.

6. Pathfinder & Shape Builder: glitch when joining curvy shapes

   I'm trying to join two round shapes and I'm always getting unexpected shape glitches in the result path. I tried making this new shape using pathfinder and shape builder, but the results are the same.

   This is regulated by the size of the art processes and the precision value (measured in absolute values) one can edit in Pathfinder Options.

   Although vector paths stay continuous no matter how deep you zoom in, they are still stored on a canvas with rather finite coordinates, and all calculations are still very finite.

   when i using the demension tool, the size of the number to small and then me change the size of demension number and it only work on one, so when i click orther demension number the number of font size has changed but the demension number is not

8. Envelope Distort, Layers, and Illustrator Performance Bug

   I've recently come across a bug with the envelope distortion tool. The bug happens when I use the Make with Warp effect on text. When this is applied, all the layers and sub-layers get frozen with no ability to see the thumbnail preview or to open or close any of the layers. This also affects the ability to hide or preview any layer, lock or unlock, and/or select anything in the layers.
   This also causes Illustrator to run very high ram while causing unresponsiveness and difficulty in processing and sometimes the inability to save files.

   So far, the work-a-rounds that I have found are to either expand the appearance of the effect or to go into the effect and change the font, either to a new one or re-select the original font.

   There seems to be a bug with a font selected and the envelope distortion effect that causes the layers and the program to glitch, brick, and become immensely slow at processing.

   I'm attaching a file that has this error saved in it.
   When typing this, I am working on a Windows PC that is up-to-date and running the latest up-to-date version of Illustrator.

   As per the comment from the developer of the LTTR/INK plugin, this issue is going to be fixed in the upcoming update of the tool.

9. Type on path not converting to outline

   Operating System: OS X Ventura 13.4.1 (c) (22F770820d)
   Version of Illustrator: 27.7

   I have an artwork which includes some type on a path (circle). When I go to send the file to a printer (PDF), I always outline the text as we've had issues in the past. For this artwork I've selected all the content and selected 'Convert to Outline', which has worked fine on all the type except the type on a path elements which just disappeared. I restarted Illustrator, but this didn't solve the problem.

   The Type on a Path was part of a group, so I then drilled down to an element level and tried each part in turn. It was a bit random, one part would outline, while othesr just disappeared again. The font being used was Knockout by Hoefler&Co.

   After a few attempts I managed to get some parts to outline while others continued to disappear so I had to make up a new group using those paths that did outline properly.

   I've never experienced this bug before, so perhaps it's something new?

10. Can't resize objects, issue with selection tool

    Can't resize objects like images or text boxes once they have been placed. Could only use scale and rotate for resizing items. Seems the selection tool isn't working as it should, or it's illustrator itself. I've seen this seems like a recurring problem over the years

    This often happens when the bounding box gets accidentally turned off, presumably with the Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+B hotkey. You can turn it back on with this key or do it with the View > Show Bounding Box command.

    The problem got solved by enabling the bounding box back: View > Show Bounding Box (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+B)

    Illustrator app cant save anything when disks are full. Please try to free some space and try again.

13. Pattern Brush 'Hue Shift' does not result in correct appearance of stroke color

    This issue is not new and occurs for a few years at least.
    I i apply at a pattern brush > Colorization > Method: Hue Shift, the key color does not represent the same color of the choosen stroke color when the brush is applied to a Stroke. The color is always way off. I am well experienced in Illustrator (and certifeid by Adobe) but i can not find any thing i did wrong. That's why i am almost sure this issue is a bug. But please, tell me i am doing something wrong. That way i can help my customers.

    The solution provided in the comments below.

    However, when the key color is automatically gets set as the white (or any grayscale tint) as the most prominent color, the hue shift gets calculated wrong.

    If you think Illustrator should pick another color in cases like this — please continue voting.

14. Illustrator changing color values every time I reopen program v 26.0.2

    I'm on a brand new MacBook Pro and I'm using illustrator from the cloud version 26.0.2 on Mac Monterey v 12.1. Every time I close out a file and reopen it the hex colors are changed. I have never touched the setting on my colors. I've attached an example below. You can see that when I was previously working in the file I listed the hex code, but now when I open it it is different. Please help. This is making my branding impossible and I'm turning in projects incorrectly as a result.

15. Rectangle’s horizontal and vertical measurements are swapped

    MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018)
    Processor: 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
    Mac OS Monterey 12.0.1 (21A559)
    Adobe Illustrator 26.0.2

    When selecting an object, like a rectangle, the horizontal and vertical measurements in the tool bar are swapped. They appear correctly in the Transform window.

    For example, a horizontal rectangle could be 7pt x 5pt, but when selected in the tool bar it shows 5 in the <--> dialog box and 7 in the vertical box.

    I have restarted my computer and restarted illustrator.

    As per the comment:

    Illustrator allows to access dimensions of an object as well as dimensions of a live shape. In case when a shape is rotated by 90° the shape’s size values can look swapped compared to measured sizes. It’s like tilting a head. See attached images inside for clarifications.

16. Rotated Artboard

    BUG: Some how the artboard is rotated and unable to keep it straight. The entire document is rotated and it is difficult to work that way. Can this be fixed ASAP?

    Illustrator can rotate the view. Perhaps you accidentally did that with adding Shift while panning with Space held?

    It can be reset with the field in the bottom left corner, next to Zoom level, or with the View > Reset Rotate View command.

17. Type on path tool, cannot flip to inside the path

    Created a circle, attempting to use type on path tool, works find to place type outside circle, cannot drag the type inside the circle to be at the bottom. Shows there when I click and drag but when I release it places the text on the outside of the circle in a different location.

18. Text gets pasted when objects get copied or selected

    I have iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019), the latest OS BigSur 11.2, memory 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, video card Radeon Pro 580X 8 GB. The latest regularly updated version of Illustrator (25.1) and since last year or some I noticed that once in a while there were problems with clipboard memory.

    Whenever you copy or just select some object on artboard, immediately you get a garbled text box pasted. Very nasty, and after the latest update it has gotten considerably worse. Now I literally cannot simultaneously select several objects without having this garbled block pasted. So I cannot align several objects basically, as it immediately after selection pastes to new appeared garbled text block, abandoning selection that I made. Years ago I never had this issue on Macs or Windows...

20. Measurements of objects

    I guess it is a new feature so that it works like in Indesign. That is at least annoying, at worst horribly dangerous for users who work with exact measurements:
    You draw a path and make it 100 mm x 100 mm. By adding an outline of 5 mm the new measurements are 105 mm x 105 mm. I know that is the way to work with in an optical way, but if you want to have the path itself 100 mm x 100 mm, then that really sucks.
    Suggestion would be a checkbox (or something similar in the preferences of the programme) for users to decide whether they want the contour to be added to the measurements or leave it the way it was working for the last decades (path is the measure no matter what kind of contur, brush, effect etc. is added to the object).
