Communicating with Adobe
Hi Adobe people,
I have a question about the communication with users. Under what circumstances does it make sense at all to post a comment/bug/idea/etc. in this place. Do users get heard? Is there a limit of votes above which ideas are actually implemented? How are decisions about what is fixed and what not made?
I am asking because I have so many points collected over the years that I am planning to post. But this is kind of a lot of work on the side of regular work day that I want to make sure it is worth the effort.

Hi, Juergen.
Adobe product managers and engineers monitor this place occasionally and take ideas into an account based on votes and their own vision. There is no a threshold that can be set for ideas (unlike with bugs). But you can evaluate it yourself if you scroll the list sorted by most voices to see when they get taken to the development phase.I personally believe that requesting features is the only way for Adobe staff to understand what users want from Ai. Font Height options, Snap to Glyph, Large canvas, Viewport rotation — all of these are possible because we asked for them.
Please do share.
I understand that it takes a lot of time (I made more than a hundred), but it really helps. Just don’t expect immediate reaction. Ai is a complex beast.
