    App crashing when using Magic Keyboard ONLY.
    Even just moving the cursor causes it to crash.
    The only fix is to remove the Magic Keyboard & use finger touch — which is not ideal!

    PLEASE FIX THIS. WE ARE ALL HAVING THIS ISSUE SINCE IOS 17.

    We have not been able to see this issue at our end. Need more information to have it resolved

    a) Is this happening on a new document or on an existing Ai document?
    b) Is this happening consistently – for each document?
    c) Please provide details about RAM and free space on iPad.
    d) If possible, if you can attach a video capturing the issue.
