  1. Send from Fresco failing

    Send from Fresco on iPad is constantly failing now, seems to be a Desktop issue as I have tried signing out of both devices. Signing out of CC on Mac and then signing back in fixes the issue, but it immediately fails again 2 minutes later.

  2. Can’t export file as a jpeg in high quality on my iPad 7.th gen

    When I try to export the file as jpeg, sometimes it won't let me export and it says "can’t export file". I encountered this problem before and I thought because there was not enough space. I deleted some data and freed up about 6gb of storage. It was fine but today I can't export in high quality and resolution again. When I choose low resolution and low quality, no problem, it saves as jpeg. So what's wrong with this option?

  3. Doesn't allow export or shows blank screen

    Selecting export .psd or .pdf either yields an error message saying that my project cannot be exported, or it works and then shows a blank screen when it should show the options on where to export.

  4. File name window sometimes too low to comfortably input via iPad keyboard

    Sometimes the input window is too low and doesn’t go up when using iPad keyboard. Not sure, what affects it, but after switching app to another and then back to illustrator it fixes itself.

  5. SVG export crash

    Illustrator on iPad, current version as of 10/23/22.

    The document has 5 artboards.

    Export as SVG of the artboards 3-5 does not work; if the range is specifically set to only those artboards, it hangs (see attached Screenshot). If the range also includes other artboards, it exports only those.

    Note: While editing a path in artboard 3, the app had displayed a "Processing..." progress bar. After about 5 minutes I force-quit the app and restarted it. Artboards 4 and 5 were copied from art board 3. This may or may not be related to the export issue.

  6. Smart guides are no longer working for text.

    Smart guides have recently stopped working for “point type” text. They still work for “area type” text boxes and all other objects. Can we please get this fixed.

  8. SVG not rendering properly (I need it for a school project)

    I am trying to create a flag for illustration purposes for my school project, and Illustrator doesn’t seem to parse the SVG code properly.
    In a modified version of the UK flag, Saint Patrick’s saltire (the red diagonals) are supposed be thin, and when W3Schools’ Tryit Editor renders it as expected, but Illustrator doesn’t. I am attaching the screenshots, you can see the SVG code in the screenshot itself, and the buggy rendering in another.

  11. Color Blue doesn’t display correctly on Illustrator (iPad)

    There is a clear and obvious issue when I try to use anything that is the color blue on Illustrator on the M1 iPad Pro. Royal Blue specifically comes in with a weird purple-ish hue. This is the only primary color that is affected. It happens whether I select the color blue and try to choose a new color in that realm or if I import an image with the color blue.

    I’m attaching a screenshot where the color blue on the left is in photos and the right side is how it shows in illustrator.

    Any help would be…

  12. Restarted my iPad and all of my illustrations were gone and aren’t showing up in the cloud.

    If there was a more visible way to verify that these were sync’d up, that would be very helpful. I just lost hours of work because it “looked” sync’d up, but it wasn’t apparently……

  13. Massive mirror Tool bug

    Mirror tool deselects the mirror layer when pressing “undo”.

    This means that if I’m drawing with live mirroring and mess up on my line of work or anything else for that matter and hit undo it will no longer automatically allow me to continue to draw in mirroring mode until I select the mirror Layer. This currently renders mirror mode completely useless when trying to draw live mirroring. Please for the love of God fix this, clip studio pro has an incredible mirroring mode and it’s honestly the last thing that adobe illustrator is really missing in my opinion. Thank…

    Thai font in Illustrator is can type proper but in some word (Thai word has double level) the word on second level is overlapped

  17. Add Offset path tool

    Just add plz offset tool in iPad version... and if possible to have a tool that create outline border drawing (the drawing with multi shapes). As u can see in the attached file have multi shapes that bordered by one line all around this will save time and effort on me also it will give nice and clear final look of my products.

  18. Move files out of current folder into a higher level folder

    Currently cannot move files out of current folder into a higher level folder on the iPad. However, I can move a file into a lower level folder. The other way is only possible via Desktop.

  20. Blending Elements with Gradients crashes App

    While connecting Circles with differently colored gradients to get a “worm”-like look, the app regularly freezes and eventually crashes, bringing me to the Home Screen. I use Illustrator an a IPad Pro 2021 11’. Unfortunately this mobile version of this website won’t allow me to upload pictures for some reason so I can’t provide further context rather than saying that I used the blending option “Distance”.
