What do you mean exactly? Something like this?
https://twitter.com/ebanchiki/status/1280425510804295681Lasso is generally a selection tool, and having it in Illustrator would be a nice addition for some complex selection cases, but I suppose you meant something else. Please explain it more.

An error occurred while saving the comment Kiff, this is not a general behaviour, at least for me, with those machines I have access to. When did you start to notice this? Can you check this problem for versions before the latest release?
Can you also record a short video demonstrating the problem?
Also please provide full specification of your machine. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Voting works. It does not directly solves an issue, but it increases awareness, helps admins and product managers to raise and push certain problems, indicates the impact a problem has.
The problem is Illustrator is old and humongous, problems have to be weighted. Generally, if an issue gets more than something like ten votes, it is considered to be a problem worth looking at. It does not mean a bug with nine votes is never going to be treated, it just pushes it further away and let other, more impactful bugs, to be fixed first. Same with feature requests.Doubts is OK, I still have them, even though I know how it works :) You can check my profile too. Uservoice helped to fix a lot of problems, it’s just there are a lot of them.
Don’t loose hope. Thanks for the reports you make, they help.

An error occurred while saving the comment Dominic, I usually agree on accessibility features requested, but this one feels as a thing which is not needed. We can open tool's options with Enter, and I can't say it's that difficult, since a hand is already over the keyboard.
But behaviors and keyboard also differ — I'm used to tap Numerical Enter in the right bottom corner with a thumb of my right hand, without leaving a mouse. Also I know about an external system that utilizes double-taps to access subtools, which is comfortable for many. I'd better have this as a standard feature.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mackenzie, please provide more details. What certain layers, what artwork, what specific things?
Can you provide a test file? Can you record a video? Can you give steps to follow to get the issue? Without these little can be done. -

Chud, when you say 'move', do you mean it actually moves as if it’s dragged, or it just snaps to the left edge of the screen?
Does this happen for any other dialog or panel for you?
