Disclosure: This seems like it would be difficult to make happen, but it would be super useful for more complex perspectives & for more adaptability in the design process.

It would be great if we could select two or more points on some shapes and "link" them together, so that if one gets moved a few pixels to the right, the other one(s) also move a few pixels to the right. This should function as a toggle, so they stay linked even after going to select other objects or points. That way, you can keep certain things aligned for as long as necessary until removing the link. Ideally this would work not just on points of a single shape, but across shapes.

For me, I'd love to use this to make more dynamic/complex perspectives. (Yes, I'm aware there's a perspective grid tool, but it's honestly a bit too finnicky to use in my workflow). A feature like this would let users make their own perspective grids and link the end point of multiple lines together to act as one of the "vanishing points". If you linked more points together, you could also make those adjustments modify the shapes you've already built, in theory.

I could also see it being useful for logo design by ensuring that the width of letters or shapes remain a certain distance apart. That way, it'd be faster for designers to iterate with clients' feedback even while switching between multiple projects.

It would be great if we could select Object 1, and then select Object 2 on the same or different layer, and then have Object 1 be sent to right above or right below Object 2.

This would ideally be done with a shortcut like CMD+Shift+[ and CMD+Shift+] and could be done regardless of what layer Object 2 is on and whether or not Object 1 is part of a group or a clip group.

Larger, more complex illustrations often have many layers and many shapes, lines, groups, clip groups, etc. (Sometimes hundreds, even thousands of objects!) In order for those illustrations to look good in the end, the user has to carefully manage which objects are in which order, but the more objects, the harder it is to figure out where in the pile the object should be. This means more time spent doing a task that is likely to cause frustration, instead of starting on the next great illustration.

At the moment, the options that exist are either too big of a jump (Send to Front, Send to Back) or too small of a jump (Bring Forward, Send Backward) to address this specific use case (although Send to Current Layer gets closer).

Adding this feature would go a long way in improving layer management within Adobe Illustrator.
