No longer a problem, the chosen color mode stays when PDFs get exported. Please comment back if this is still a problem for you with a latest release.

The solution is pushed into Global Availability build 28.6.
The Previewed Page is now the default option for the dialog.

If you're still seeing it, could you help us with a few details so we can dig in further?
- Are you still facing the issue? (yes / intermittent / no longer)
- Machine configuration — OS and version, GPU, and Illustrator version/build
- Reproduction rate — does it happen every time, or only sometimes?
- A screen recording of the issue as it happens, if you can capture one
- The AI file you were working with when the issue occurred (feel free to share a stripped-down/anonymised version if the original is confidential)
If the issue is 100% reproducible on your machine, we'd be happy to set up a short debug session with you.

Hi friends! I have some great news for your today. Rotate View (Canvas) feature is available in Illustrator 25.3 (Desktop) now. Thank you all for your feedback which helped us shape up this feature.

I illustrate using a tablet, and it's extremely difficult to draw horizontal lines in Illustrator. If the view can be rotated, like in Photoshop, it would be a huge advantage.

Now available in the latest GA build 30.2.1.
Not perfect (Absolute mode in Transform Each gives inaccurate dimensions with Scale Strokes & Effects disabled, here’s the report), but usable already.

In the "Transform Each" options, add an option to give specific dimensions in mm, cm, px etc, in addition to the current % only.

When importing a PDF into Illustrator, the window used to import the page previewed.
Please bring that function back.
