Note: having GPU Performance on or off in the settings does not help.

Agreed. Would like to keep my "Remove Redundant Points" option, instead of having to open the options panel and re-click the box each time I start Illustrator.
In fact, all optional selections, no matter how obscure in the tools and UI, should be retained. -

I am happy to share that we have fixed this bug in our latest release – 23.0.6 which is available worldwide now.
Going forward, our goal is to fix as many top User-Voice bugs as possible and as frequently as possible. Given the nature of the fixes, some of the bugs will take a longer time to fix, but we are on it.
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

I was also frustrated by how Adobe forced their new unusual Puppet tool over the commonly used Free Transform.
I solved the issue by creating my own custom toolbar (with only the tools I use) and no longer use Adobe's default. This was the first time I did this and the benefits are having a non-cluttered toolbar which speeds up tool selection.

there are two issues in this post
1. Users want this feature to work on multiple monitors.
2. Users want to have a view actual pixels for web drawings.for #1 please vote here: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/333657-illustrator-feature-requests/suggestions/35799382--actual-size-should-work-with-multiple-monitors
for #2: we have an option to disable – You have to go to Preferences > General and uncheck “Display print size at 100% Zoom”.

For me, this has always been the case. Never knew an illustrator version to show a true 'actual size' before... so this works for some? I usually enlarge about 125% approximately to get it close to actual size visually.
Nevertheless, I am using my primary monitor (I only have one on my laptop) and the actual size is not even close. Tried different monitor resolution settings to no avail. -

Keep my User defined color swatch settings and not the default selection.
Either move the User Defined swatches option to a faster/accessible place in the Swatches panel, and/or allow the Swatches Panel to keep the previous setup. (It is getting tediously annoying to have to go through the drop-down lists in order to re-select my custom swatch panel and re-insert it in the main Swatch panel, since I do not want multiple swatch panels open.)

Hi Everyone,
This has been completed, and has available since June 2020 release (version 24.2)
Please go to Illustrator preferences > General > and select “Show/Hide Rulers” (refer attached screenshot). After checking this, if you hit ‘Show Rulers (Ctrl/Cmd + R)’, then the rulers will appear in every document (new and old), even after relaunching Illustrator.
Please update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback.

In CC 2019 (latest update 23.0.1), at 100% Zoom 1inch artwork would display at 1inch in physical (Print) size, on any display. If this doesn’t work right for screen design workflows, please use the checkbox Preferences > General > Display Print Size at 100% Zoom, to turn off the feature. Currently this feature works only on primary display, and there are plans of extending this to other attached displays.

Thank you Ashutosh (and team) for addressing this quickly and for providing a solution before official release.
