Hi Wes,
Thanks for explanation. I got it. This is a feature request, so I am moving this thread to feature request section.
Thanks

Scaling of GRAPH object using bounding box or transform panel is not allowed in earlier versions also.
Therefore I am moving the thread to Feature Request.Workaround: Using the menu Object >> Transform the Graph object can be transformed.
Thanks & Regards,

It's 2020. Get with the program and fix such a mundane and basic feature, it makes the entire engineering team look entirely incompetent.

Please share your thoughts on the following:
1. Would it make sense to have a separate desktop app, just to create charts, and bring them inside Illustrator or InDesign? It may not be on cloud.
2. Or would you rather have us work on building it within Illustrator?
Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Matthew King commentedIt's ridiculous that in 2020 the idiotic software engineers at Adobe haven't made the connection that we need to be able to scale a simple graph without botching the data.

Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the feedback. Want to give an update that we have removed the dialog, and the new experience is available in our latest release build – 24.1.1 for Win and 24.1 for Mac which is available worldwide now, in case you want to give it a try. Now, there will be no blocking message, we will show a “soft message” which will auto-dismiss .
You can update to the latest release using Creative Cloud desktop App: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html
Thank you for all the feedback. Keep it coming!

Illustrator TeamAn error occurred while saving the comment Matthew King commentedI do not currently have the issues mentioned below. I can see the message pop up with a low opacity box and the document closes properly, however I'm seeing a box that's been plaguing the program for some time now that pops up when I open documents by double clicking my illustrator files outside of illustrator. The box is a ghost of the New Document window. It closes when I click the X but is a small nuisance.\
John: I'm running 10.15.3 on Mac and have Illustrator 24.1 and the save message box has been resolved. Are you seeing what I attached?

An error occurred while saving the comment Matthew King commentedWith the continued development of AR and the use of QR codes to access those functions, it's striking to me that Adobe hasn't included this in Illustrator as well. It was requested in October 2017; let's revive that request.

As usual, Anish steps in with the ******** "we'll put this is in the feature request so we can ignore the chart tool for the entire life of the product for an eternity" excuse.
