Stop with the survey Please stop making the **** survey strip popup. I think I’ve had to close it at least 20 times over the past three months. It really irks me and makes me a little upset every time - it is really distracting.

Help tool used to have a tool search bar At my school we have an older version of Adobe softwares ( CS5 I believe) and there is a search bar when you click on the Help button at the top of the window where you could search for a specific tool. It would be great to re add this feature for times when I or any other users forget where a certain tool is located but remember the name of the tool.
5 votesThere is a new Discover window you can call by clicking the magnifier glass button in the top right corner or via Help > Illustrator Help command. It allows to search for a specific commands or tools (with on-screen hints pointing at the searched item) and more. Also you can press three dots button below the toolbar to open a customization panel with all the tools available. Does it suffice? Please comment back. -
Please create hands-on tutorials inside application same as in AfterEffects AfterEffects has hands-on tutorials inside the application where user can learn and practice side-by-side simultaneously. Very useful and effective to have. Please create the same resources for Illustrator.

Will Adobe please consider student discounts per semester rather than per year during covid19 this Fall? Thanks, Adobe for providing students free access to software to those Universities who use your product in the labs. This was a lifesaver for the students and demonstrates Adobe's commitment to education. We are in the process of setting up safety measures for fall in efforts to curtail spreading the coronavirus, which includes splitting the class size for social distancing, some students may work from home. This would require the students to have access to the software. I teach a software course (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) which includes Studio Arts Ceramics/Wood/Sculpture, etc students who will not need access to the software…

Have a panel that shows info and keyboard modifiers for the current tool All Adobe applications are quite complex beasts, and what all the tools do and particularly what holding different modifiers or keys do can be quite arcane.
I imagine a panel you can have open on the side, and it will show information and the modifier options for the currently active tool.
For instance for the Star tool, it can say what Shift, Option and Command keys do, and that you can press Arrow Up and Arrow Down to increase the number of points as you drag.
Pro users can keep the panel closed, but it can really help new users…

INTERACTIVE, HANDS-ON TUTORIALS IN ALL ADOBE APPLICATIONS Please create hands-on tutorials INSIDE the application. There used to be FUN AND INTERACTIVE Tutorials in ALL the Adobe application (such as make an icon).
It really helped me learn illustrator quickly and effectively as I did the work. I was able to follow the instructions and actually remember them. It was a fantastic idea. what happened?
Now I have to watch boring videos on the Adobe website that teach me nothing as they are not interactive and listening to the guy is so boring I hate it. Also switching from the website to the Adobe application to try the…2 votes -
Better Customer Care How about better customer follow up?
I've had4 on-line tech support "episodes" over MANY, MANY hours, only to have the tech tell me nothing is wrong with Illustrator. I've asked to escalate the case with a follow up call from Senior Support TWICE (See attachments). We agreed on a call back time/day/number and I have not had any follow up from Adobe.
Please get your act together! From what I've been reading on line, people's patience is running thin.
Adobe! Are you listening?

Take that light bulb icon that accesses tutorials and push it further... Take your tutorial access feature and push it further, make it a customizable recipe resource, not unlike a cookbook.
• Enable users to save (links to) tutorials relevant to their specific interests AND allow them to bookmark.
• This idea fits well with all your apps.
• Explore some ways to encourage users to post accessible tutorials on Adobe Cloud, formatted for this function. That would stimulate your apps community greatly. Example: Zbrush
Ps. The new properties feature is awesome. Thank you!2 votes -
Please print "User Guides" books again. You do not need to constantly update them: Physical "User Guide" books were far more quicker and easier to use to get answers to questions on how to use Adobe Illustrator. The book form could come out ever two years at most, including new updates, when it reaches a certain amount of pages, start a new volume. If you already have this online, or in a PDF format, please let me know where I can find it on your website and if you do have it online, does it have an "index" to look items up? Or just a search window? Thank you.

Make the steps in the tutorial match the actual steps a person would take to achieve the finished product. The steps described in the tutorials do not match the actual steps taken in order to achieve the end product. My guess is this is to frustrate those who take advantage of the 7-day free trial into purchasing the monthly or yearly subscription. I think that stinks. How can a person judge whether or not they want to subscribe to the monthly or yearly plan if they can't even manage the tutorials? If your user menus have changed within the application, then the tutorials need to be updated to reflect this.

Illustrator CC 2018 download support Hello, I used to use Illustrator CC 2018 on my work computer. It was having trouble opening AI and PDF files. I uninstalled the program and now I can't even install it back on the computer due to the program no longer being supported for download. 2018 was only 2 years ago. This is a huge problem for your users. Maybe have some kind of warning or do the right thing and offer support for programs older than 2 years.
