2〜3回目の変更でほぼ必ず。
v 25.3.1においての現象。
v 25.2.3以前では大丈夫。よく使う機能なのでアップデートできない。1 vote製品フィードバックへのご協力ありがとうございます。
コメントにてご回答いただいた情報をもとに、最新版「ver.26.2.1」での検証も行いましたが、クラッシュ現象が再現できませんでした。

Issues with saving
2020 update often gives error while saving. It says the file cannot be saved. It then deletes the current file I'm working on, opens up a new window and I have to click save - as if I pressed "Save As..."
It happens quite often when I press "Cmd + S" to just save my artwork.

AI unusable performance lag
As soon as I open a artboard or template I experience
5-10 Seconds UI lag for menus and toolsIf I close the artboard the menus are responsive

Gradients Crashing Illustrator
Every time I drag a color swatch, whether an existing swatch or eye-dropped, into my gradient panel, Illustrator crashes. I'm also having issues with my gradient sliders spazzing out when trying to drag them. It causes my program to freeze up. I have one file open and only five gradients in my file, so not enough to overload illustrator. It's making my job extremely hard to do. I have also restarted and tried re-installing illustrator.

Lag and Illustrator "Not Responding" after copy command
The platform is: Illustrator 23.0.6 64-bit, on Win10 Enterprise 1903 latest updates, and with nVidia drivers R430 U5 (431.70).
The bug is that Illustrator freezes for ~5 seconds after/during a simple copy command, and "Not Responding" is displayed on the top title bar. This can be induced by just opening a new file, drawing a rectangle, then trying to copy it (with Ctrl-C or with the menu command).
This is destroying my workflow...

CC 2019 version runs slow!
For some reason in this 2019 version of the program it chugs and is very slow to move around and work with my files, even if the files are not very large. I usually have to shut the program down and restart to correct the problem. Would like to know if anyone else is having this problem and if someone at Adobe could address this, thank you.

CRASHING VERY OFTEN.
I am hard Illustrator user, for over 20 years. For my surprise, this October version crashes almost every day. I reinstalled the sofware in one Dell XPS 8700 Machine and in a brand new Samsung X40 Notebook. In both cases AI still crashing suddenly. lastest update crashes CONSTANTLY
Just updated to version 23.0 via CC panel and Illustrator won't run more than 2 minutes at a time without crashing. I can't keep it open long enough to determine if there's a specific trend or problem. Selecting any tool from any palette, or trying to move an object on the art board, or while typing... just locks up no matter what I do. VERY FRUSTRATING.
For what it's worth, I'm on Windows 10 with 32 gb of RAM running 64 bit version of Illustrator. Never crashed before the update.

Unoperational
I'm trying to use Illustrator CC and nothing in the program is responding, everything is greyed out. There is no indication from the program that anything is wrong with it. I have downloaded the latest update and this is the first time I have had such an issue with the program.

Illustrator underperforming on Mojave
Since updating to Mojave, Illustrator is sluggish at best. Moving a page activates the spinning wheel every time before moving the page. Almost unusable for work.
I am using the latest version of CS suite, Illustrator and Mojave.

Multiple crashes daily
The current version of Illustrator is absolutely useless. Does Adobe bother testing their own product for bugs? I experience multiple crashes daily at my job, when all I have open is one file. Something as simple as deleting a square will crash the program. It's infuriating.

ILLUSTRATOR IS BROKEN GARBAGE
First of all this bug reporting website is horendious, and I expect nothing less from Adobe who make products that should put them out of business.
Right now in Illustrator 2019 I cannot change the size of a font without stroke appearing on the text, if I turn the stroke off, the font shrinks in size again, now I'm here wasting my precious time typing out the stupidest problem imaginable. No Adobe CC App is working properly since the update of Mac OS to Mojave and the update to 2019 Adobe CC has only made matter worst
What are we to do this is very frustrating that Adobe CC is not working properly. Have been trying to use it for 2 days. Even spent the entire evening online and on the phone with support. I gave 1 rep remote access to my Mac twice and he deleted several items and uninstalled the CC and reinstalled only to have it doing the same thing. Then had to call about Adobe Spark moments later because I was getting a 400 Bad Request. I am convinced something is wrong with Adobe and we are expected to deal with it.

Overall dissatisfaction with Illustrator
The frequency of issues is just staggering. Files freeze on open, freeze on save, struggle with server connections, never seem to remember any recent files, or you just seem to get a beach ball for minutes on end with no clue if you need to restart or if you should just wait it out. I use illustrator more than any program and it sometimes ends up being my biggest hindrance.

Command-s save reverts back a few steps
Sometimes saving the document (command-s) causes it to revert a few steps back. WHAT? What is going on with all this weirdness!
