AI unusable performance lag
As soon as I open a artboard or template I experience
5-10 Seconds UI lag for menus and tools
If I close the artboard the menus are responsive

This certainly is not a normal behaviour of Illustrator.

I get this issue on windows 10 pro 19-9900K 5ghz all cores, 64gb ram with RTX2080TI
Lags everywhere and whole application flashes/lags.
Completely unusable in anyway.

Well it appears the work around is to turn off dictation feature System preferences>keyboard>dictation
Still no official acknowledgement or response from Adobe ... disappointing support for a professional product -

Having lagging issues for a couple weeks now at least. It acting like its automatically saving every 20-30 seconds, causing me to have to wait to make any moves before the next lag. It's making the design process take a lot longer than usual. This seems to be a problem for many people. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
