Constantly crashing and rarely saves projects
the app constantly crashes. there hasn't been one day where I was able to use it in one sitting without it crashing. it also barely ever saves my projects and always says can't save file. seems like these are universal problems for other users that have been occurring for the last few years. i don't know why adobe refuses to fix this issue but this app is completely unusable.

Illustrator uses the old account name in the greetings
Your program is 'deadnaming' me. On the home page it says welcome to adobe illustrator, -deadname-! I changed my profile name but yet it didn’t go away. I know it’s because of my old account but it would be great to choose what will I see when I open the app.

Crashing constantly
The app keeps crashing no matter what I do. I’ve done everything I was able to do on this forum and it still won’t stop. Everything is up to date.

Apps crashes when 50 layers get created
After 50 layers app has started crashing. The app is slow, crashes after 2-3 strokes.

I cannot import any files to Ai iPad Pro!
I cannot import any of my files into Illustrator! When I try, the screen gets slightly smaller and goes grey. I am unable to fulfill customer orders, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

「新規作成」→「ファイルを作成」ができない
Illustrator ipadで問題が発生しておりますので、ご助言いただきたいです
結論から申しますと、新規作成ができません
どのような状態かと申しますと、当該Appを開き「新規作成」→「ファイルを作成」
しばらくウェイト状態ののち、またホーム画面に戻ってしまいます
再度、新規作成→ファイルを作成するも、結果は同じどのような原因が考えられるか教えてください
追記:
「学ぶ」→「実践チュートリアル」から各チュートリアル(はじめに/iPad版の機能/概要)がタッチしてもウェイト状態になるだけで開きません
但し、ビデオチュートリアルは正常に開くことができます1 vote -
Brush keeps defaulting to point 1 flat stroke shape
Using Ipad IOS Adobe Illustrator App. While using a paint brush (ex: 3 pt Round), after a few strokes, it defaults back to 1 pt flat. As I am moving my Gen 2 Apple Pencil, the preview is correct size and shape, but once I stop drawing it reverts to pt 1 flat. Not only that, but it also changes all strokes on the current layer to pt 1 flat regardless of what they are. Furthermore, it will even change strokes on other locked layers to pt 1 flat.

App crashes after opening project
App crashes after opening a project. Maybe it is caused by the update to iOS 17, but I cannot work in this way.

App crashes when click on the vectorize button
When I click on the vectorize button, the proces starts but it crashes on the middle. My IOS is 17.1.2. Otherwise everything works fine. Can you please assist me with this issue

Crashing (Not worth the Money)
After working for hours last night making designs for my business, I now cannot open them. The system crashes every time I try. Plus I could not get the texting to work. I just signed up for this app last night and I can tell you if this is what it does, I will not continue to use this App.

iPad Pro v17.1.1
iPad Pro v17.1.1 - seems like app requires internet connection or bad things happen like layers locking and not allowing changes or saves. This is a growing problem that is occurring more frequently of late.

I can never export my projects, thats why i cant use anything!
I don't know why, but even when I want to receive it by e-mail, it is not allowed to be added.

Resets my work progress when exporting
Cannot export or allow access to photos on iPad even though permission is allowed then all a sudden app crashes and resets all my hard earned work.
