5. The menus hang when I delete the layer.I use ipad air 3 and apple pencil

7. No puedo abrir documentos PDF en illustrator

   Hola tengo un problema en el iPad y es que quería abrir un pdf en el illustrator del iPad pero al hacerlo la aplicación cerraba automáticamente, perdí un cría de trabajo por esto , y compre la suscripción justo hoy pensando solucionarlo desde el iPad

   Adicional , si abres el pdf en buscador de archivos te sale que puedes abrirlo en illustrator cosa que susténta qué hay un bug en la aplicacion

8. App crashes

   When downloaded, installed and logged in, the app works fine. When I close the app on my iPad Pro 12.9” 2nd Gen, it will no longer open. It keeps crashing when opened. I have to delete and redownload to use it.

   iPad iOS is up to date.

13. Error loading plugins. EraserTool.aip slicingAttributes.aip

    What does this mean???? Every time I open Illustrator it immediately shuts down and asks to run diagnostics but I can't get past this. What do I do? I've lost a ton of projects because it shuts down before I can save..

14. Type font reverts to default when exiting app

    When I exit the app sometimes my work has been closed upon re-entering the app. When I open the file back up my text/type has reverted to a default font. Seems to only occur with fonts I have imported.

15. Quick export to png file saves blurry

    When quick exporting the file that saves is blurry. I quick exported the same file earlier in Fresco with no issues.

16. When I toggle layer visibility it resets my text

    When I toggle off my layer visibility for texts it resets the text that I wrote on a path. Mostly happens writing it on a shape. If the text layer is locked, it stays the same tho so that’s good.

    Язык приложения зависит от языка iPad, а не от языка, выбранного вами в Creative Cloud. Пожалуйста, обновите свой язык до английского на вашем iPad, чтобы установить английскую версию.
    Если язык английский, и вы все еще сталкиваетесь с проблемой, пожалуйста, ответьте на эту тему.

18. Apple Pencil Issues in Illustrator IPad

    When I try selecting a shape with the pencil or my finger, it will not let me select the item. The pencil is fully charge and the tip of the pencil is tighten. Most of the time it’s when I am trying to duplicate an item and the only way I can get another shape is to create it if I am lucky. Most of the time I will have to exit out of the program on the IPad and reopen it and it will work for a few but then I have the same issue again and again.

    It seems to be only when I try selecting an object which is my main problem , I can use the pencil when to hit the layers on the side and click the different tools, but I can make shape and use the tools but once I am done with the tool I can not select afterwards..

    Hi,

    Make sure you have selected Selection tool while trying to select an object. If you still faces the problem please share a video with us. You can turn on “Show taps as a blue dot” from Application Settings > Input.

19. Rotation handle behind tools-popup for selected object - Illustrator for Ipad

    When an object is selected and user rotates object 180deg with the rotation handle (handle is down/at bottom whereas default it starts above object) the pop-up with tools/options for the object (opacity, stroke, layer stacking, nudge, trash/delete, etc) is layered above the rotation handle in the UI making it impossible to rotate the object again without using the properties panel.

    In light of this, a global suggestion (may not be feasible based on how apple pencil works):
    if the pencil can be detected a short distance from touching the display, perhaps show a cursor with contextual clues as to what the user will do when the pencil touches the display. For instance, hover the pencil close to but not on the corner of a selected object and see the "rotate" cursor that shows up in the desktop version when the cursor is placed in that same position.
    Do the same for a hover-cursor, show a resize/scale cursor when placed on the object's re-size/scale handles to indicate that a resize or scale operation will be done when the pencil touches the display.

20. Internal snapping tolerance for positioning objects is way too high and can’t be changed

    There seems to be a default 'snapping' that is hard-coded. With all snapping and guides turned off under "precision" I still cannot move an object with as much fluid precision as I can on the desktop version w/o snapping turned on.

    I also cannot determine a way to select an object and then drag it by a single point to a single point of another object to 'snap' the points together as is possible on the desktop version.
