Menus and tools are not scrollable or responding
Menus are not scrolling or responding, though clearly there is more on the menu than it is showing. An example of this is the fonts menu which is only showing the first 10 or 12 fonts even though they’re hundreds. Also tools don’t seem to be working, except sometimes in the practice examples that are offered on the homepage.

I just downloaded on the iPad pro, IOS 18.5
I just downloaded on the iPad pro, IOS 18.5. App opens, when click to create a new project, the loading wheel appears, and then after 2 seconds closes, and nothing happens. I’m left on the home screen. I’ve tried uninstalling/redownloading app twice.
Any suggestions? If cannot fix then I will uninstall and cancel my membership.

loose ability to drag and resize with cursor when switching programs
Cant drag, resize, move objects, or move the canvas with the touch screen or sliders after switching between a program.
Ex: switching to browser and coming back. Have to restart app to fix it.2 votes -

Colors Dark Blue immediately switches to Dark Purple
Whenever I create use the color blue ex: 0004FF, along the ranges of dark blue, it automatically goes to purple. 391293 (Along that range). When I try to make the swatch of my dark blue, it immediately adds a dark purple swatch of that variant.
I never had this issue before until now. I am working on the newest iPad Pro in color mode CMYK.2 votes -
I Have to Constantly Lock Layers
I have to constantly lock and unlock layers, both while actively working on a file AND before saving it, to prevent their contents from suddenly—for NO apparent reason—disappearing!
The layers remain but are now empty! I can sometimes retrieve their content by reverting to an earlier version, but half the time no previous ones exist.2 votes -

ios18 iPad
AI not working on ios18 ipad (beta).
The app opens normally. You can view your assets. However, as soon as you open an asset or want to start a new creation, the program ALWAYS crashes. Not usable under ios18. At least until the official launch of ios18 this should be fixed.2 votes -
When objects are Hidden, they behave as if they are Locked
If a Layer contains multiple Objects, and one of those Objects is Hidden, that Hidden object will not move/transform when the Layer is moved/transformed, as if it were locked in place.
This is quite problematic as I very often transform Layers that contain temporarily Hidden objects, only to later find that the Hidden Objects have not moved with the rest of the Layer.
Ex: A layer contains several iterations of a particular icon design in the same position. Two iterations are Hidden, and one is Visible because I have yet to decide which I like best. Later on, I find…

Latest illustrator for iPad version 3.0.6 stops responding and doesn’t save
While zoomed into the canvas and using the blob brush, the canvas stops responding - you can’t change it at all. You can click the back button, and it says ‘saving’ but it stays in that forever and never saves.

Fix the bugs?
An update needs to fix what’s going on. Currently, the app on my iPad keeps crashing while in the MIDDLE of drawing and designing! I then have to go 5 paces back and do my work ALL OVER AGAIN. Do you know how annoying and frustrating that is? Then while I have stuff locked, it changes the fonts and sizing to where the locked/finished outcome is messed up, and there’s no fixing it, you have to delete it and start all over again. It’s honestly so f@@@cking stupid, after I’m done with this I won’t be using this app again.…
