Save it different sizes
Be able to save your work in multiple different sizes not just the canvas size

Dark mode - layer thumbnails and combine shapes panel hard to see
When Illustrator (iPad) is in dark mode, the layer thumbnails also have a black background. This makes seeing objects in the thumbnails difficult. I see similar legibility issues in the combine shapes panel.
Of course, this is when I'm creating dark or black colored shapes, or just working with outlines without fills.
But, the desktop Illustrator maintains the light colored backgrounds for the layer thumbnails. Maybe it's just a consistency shock for me, but I'd like them to look the same...

Bonjour, il serait vraiment pratique de pouvoir vectoriser un document psd ou Procreate depuis Illustrator IPad, pour des logos etc qui auraient été créé sur d’autres logiciels non vectoriels.

add Width Tool, Rotate Canvas, Swatches, Align To, Overlap, Desktop options in Isolation Mode
I look at Vectornator and Procreate and I saw how complex and user friendly Thayer were able to make their apps as a substitute for Adobe Illustrator now being iPad friendly. I used them to substitute what Adobe didn’t provide on iPad. Now we have it and it is NOT NEARLY close to what the other apps have accomplished and they are without half the staff and workmanship power Adobe provides. I don’t believe we can have excuses with this... too long a wait and I expect you would not need so much suggestions to make right what you already…

Line segment tool
Maybe I just don’t know how to do it but I can’t find the way to do diagonals inside a closed shape like I would with the line segment tool. And also add an isometric grid.

Hello, I received an iPad Pro for Christmas this year in hopes of learning Ai, specifically for iPad. I have learned that any type of true curriculum is for Ai CC on laptop. I do not own a laptop and it has been extremely challenging and quite discouraging to find step-by-step, in depth curriculum for Ai iPad for individuals like myself. I have looked at dozens of videos and articles to teach myself how to use Ai on iPad with little or no avail. I have reviewed the tutorials you have in the app, but they just leave me with…

Thats the main thing of illustration using adobe illustrator. Apply a look to a line, and then be able to adjust the line instead of a fill which it now creates, not usable at all. Repeat pattern/Radial Repeat focus mode + Copy and paste
In an early build of the beta/alpha there was the ability to see what objects were in the repeat patterns and it made it easy to drag and drop new things into the pattern without having to use the selection workaround.
I would like to be able to open up the pattern in a focus mode of sorts where you could create new objects in the pattern and copy and paste other things into that group.

Attach nodes easily and lines control by clicks (touching the lines)
The nodes end should be easily snap together.
For now, I have trouble snapping the node ends.
It should be a click away. Click, drag and snap.
Then the line control. With powerful apple pen, it should be easy to edit or adjusting the lines, yes, other than nodes, playing around with the curve using pen should be easier than more options/popups and clicks.
Make the learning curve shorter a few clicks.

Please include the ability to paste colour values from the iPad OS clipboard.
I have been memorising the colour values and manually type them out in the hex value section (stroke and fill). Also, when I am in the middle of typing a value, the value then defaults after a very small amount of time not engaged to a value with a bunch of zeros on the end of it. This significantly reduces the speed and efficiency of my workflow as a designer. Please include being able to paste hex values from the clipboard as well as fixing the issue outlined above.

Modifier Tool for ALL brushes
The Modifier Tool should available for both the pen tool and the blob brush. We need to be able draw straight lines with any and all brush tools. AND not only at a 45 degree angle!!!!!! Freedom of the MOTION please and thank you. Loving it so far though! Keep it up and keep it rolling!

Include the ability to resize (scale), rotate and manipulate selected points
There should be an option to be able to resize and manipulate selected points in artwork. Maybe once the points have been selected there could be a scale tool modifier? Or a specific scale tool in the toolbar...

Load swatches and a swatch palette
The ability to use swatch palettes is important to the workflow when doing work for clients who want specific colors. The current option is tedious when you need to load a swatch palette of multiple colors. Also the swatch palette should be as easy to access as it on desktop.
