  1. BUG: Scripting from C#, arm64, Windows 11

    Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Illustrator.Application'.
    This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{95CD20AA-AD72-11D3-B086-0010A4F5C335}' failed due to the following error:

    No such interface supported (0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).

    Note: Code moved from Windows 10 Intel machine where it works fine.

    Make it so that you can zoom in and out with the track pad. As of right now I can't zoom in or out when pinching on the track pad.

  5. Can't type hex code in gradient dialog

    In v28.6 -- After double-clicking a gradient stop to open color options, I am unable to enter anything into the hex code text box. May have resulted from me clicking out of Illustrator and back in while the gradient color dialog was open.

  8. I can't make a mockup.

    The model option does not appear in the object menu. Also the mockup option does not appear in the Window menu. I don't understand why I can't see it even though I'm using the current version.

    In this case the Mockup add-on seemed to refuse to run with a non-English language used. If you have a similar problem — please try to switch the app language and reinstall both the application and the Mockup add-on manually through CCD. If it fixes it for you — please upvote and comment.

  9. Major issues on MAC desktop with shortcuts and tools. Unusable actually.

    Copy and paste is not working. Handles and boundaries are not showing. Things are randomly undoing steps. Zooming in randomly is happening. Most shortcuts don't work. I can not edit text, there is a lag and it never enters to let me edit it.

  12. Save as... SVG = Distortion Export as... SVG = No Distortion (Illustrator 29.0.1)

    I have read a few other posts regarding SVG distortion when saving an illustrator file (.ai). When I choose, Save as... I get distorted objects when reopening the file. It varies from points, but typically will add an extra point in various locations of the path. Also, as a test, I tried to save the original and undistorted illustrator file (.ai) through the Export as... option and the file saved perfectly with no distortion. A simple workaround, however, the bug needs to be fixed.

  13. Issue with Eyedropper Tool Not Sampling Gradients from Images in Latest Illustrator Beta Update

    Dear Adobe Support Team,

    I’m experiencing an issue with the Eyedropper tool in the latest update of Adobe Illustrator. Previously, I was able to sample gradients directly from images and apply them to other objects with the Eyedropper tool, and this feature worked smoothly. However, since updating, the tool no longer seems to pick up gradients as it did before, even though I have not changed any settings.

    添付したPDFに記入の通りですが、
    ※llustrator27.9.6 で作成した文字列に文字スタイルの割注を適用する。
    ※Illustrator29.0 以降で開いた場合に垂直比率＝100％以外の文字列は、行がズレる
    ※これは「仕様である」 or「 バグのため改善を見込める」ご確認いただきたいです。

  15. Issue with Chinese Input Method in Adobe Illustrator

    The issue manifests when I attempt to type Chinese characters after switching the input method. No characters appear, and it seems as though the input is not being recognized or rendered in the document. I have tried several input methods and checked for any updates or settings that might resolve the problem, but the issue persists.

  19. Auto Spell Check red wavy underlines on exported raster images

    The red wavy underlines denoting misspellings are still visible in Save for Web raster images. This issue occurs only in beta version 29.0.38 and is not present in the production version 28.7.1

  20. 当我在复制对象的同时复制参考线,复制速度会变得异常缓慢,如果单独复制参考线也会变的非常缓慢,但是将参考线转为对象之后,复制速度会非常快.

    之前有一个测试版有解决过这个问题,但是后面更新的所有版本又重新出现了这个问题.这样会让设计的过程变的非常缓慢.
